When you’re on a quick getaway to Vegas and have dry skin and chapped lips, why not visit this place?! Ended up with a twelve pack of beer, Mountain Dew Baja blast and four boxes of candy… You know Wal Mart has done their job. Easy to get to from the hotels and casino on Boulder Highway, this is a clean super center that has everything you need much cheaper than the gift shops inside the hotels. Tons of parking and AC on full blast! Price, value and selection, nobody even comes close. The lines are long when you check out and when you leave as they check your receipt and all your items. The crowd is sketchy but what Wal Mart doesn’t have its share of them lol. If in the area again, I’ll visit this spot for sure. Thanks Wally World for providing me the products I needed.

I should have looked at the reviews before I drove out to get an oil change and tire rotation, they gave me an excuse as to why they had to refuse to do these services on my car.(I recently purchased the life time rotation and balance) ultimately you just need to stay out of this Walmart bc it’s just crap top to bottom

I hate to even give 1 but when it’s what’s in the area and you can’t stick to the prices you post vs when you ring the item up its a SCAM. It’s Walmart so you can’t expect anything BUT this is beyond pathetic. No competency at all, you could run this place by monkeys and it’d be better. Not to mention when I notice your scamming the price and you pull me out of line because you don’t want to price check and you want me to do the work why would I bother?!? NOONESHOULDGOHERE. Not to mention its«ghetto», unsanitary, and scary perverse people!

This store needs urgent customer care lections… first when I arrived at the shop in the car side, was ignored for 10 minutes and when I finally got to the cashier they said they could not help me I had to wait for the other person This person took more than 15 minutes writing down on paper and when I spoke told me I had to give me an estimate and that later could drive my car to the mechanic so that they could fix my car, all this when my husband had the copy of the order that already had done in advance and which already had given an estimated one that did not have the paper with me and this gentleman the manager of this walmart in mechanical told me not rather he shouted me I had to bring that paper or pay prior they were telling me… Omg SOIFYOUGANTTOFEELINSULTEDYESTHISISTHEPLACETOGO…

The cosmetics section now has a register right outside. You’re not supposed to take a cart in and you have to pay for what you purchase right there. I know it’s probably something to do with cutting down on theft, but it makes buying things a big hassle, especially when I have my little kids in tow. So now I buy my makeup on Amazon or I go to Target. There are many, many things I dislike about this location. There’s always trash in the parking lots or in the carts, things are constantly out of stock, things are constantly misplaced, and it’s a gamble if your cashier will be friendly or rude and silent. I’ve had a couple cashiers who were friendly and pleasant to talk to, but more often than not, they seem like they hate everything. I get it, it’s not a fun job, I was a Walmart cashier 10 years ago. But even in my angsty teenage years, I could manage a «hello» and a friendly smile to customers in my line. Most of them don’t bother with a greeting. I will say, however, that when I do a price match(usually on meat or produce), it’s gone smoothly(so far). One time a cashier even asked if I was done with the flyer I’d brought in and if she could use it to get her own discounted chicken. I told her to stock up; it was a great price. :)

Big Walmart in Las Vegas with a grocery store and I did do some grocery shopping while I was in here. It is on Boulder Highway across from Sam’s Town and really it is in a more seedy part of town. The store was really busy but clean and organized it was kinda of picked over in the grocery department as I was looking mainly for produce and it was looking a bit picked over. The self check out line was long and the lady that was organizing it was a tough ‘ol bird as she checked out our basket and gave us a dirty look as we were inept to do the chore. I prefer to do self check out and am quite capable of doing it. The WalMart chain are pretty much the same wherever you go and this one wasn’t much different. Kudos for keeping it clean but your staff was a little cranky.

I came in today to get an oil change, tire rotation & new wiper blades. When I checked out I noticed I was not charged for the tire rotation(because they forgot). The manager of the service center decided to do it for free because they forgot:) Great customer service! Now I know where to go for my next service. Thanks guys:)

Yes, this Walmart is totally ghetto. It’s embarrassing these employees call themselves Walmart employees. This Walmart location looks like a disaster. The parking lot is filled with trash. There is trash inside the Walmart. There are return carts everywhere. I feel like no one is maintaining this Walmart. Looking for Customer service? Don’t look for it at this location, there is none here. Donna in customer service is a useless employee that in my opinion, should be retrained on how to be of assistance to customers. I tried to return something because the price dropped in it and she lied saying I couldn’t return. Her excuse to why I couldn’t return it: well that’s why we drop the prices, so you can’t return it. I can’t forget the attitude she gave me when she said it. Donna, get your manager because I bought something 2 days ago, it’s unopened, not final sale items and WITHIN the Walmart return policy. This is the worst Walmart EVER and Donna is probably one of the worst Walmart employee ever. Oh and Guess what Donna? I went to another Walmart and returned it with no issues/questions. I don’t know how an attitude-giving employee can work in customer service, let alone at a so-called great company named«Walmart».

ON Tuesday night around 6:30 pm I went to have a key made in the service dept., The associate that was I guess closing that department, asked if I need out, I said no I needed a key made and she responded rudely that it was closed! Would have been nice to know there was a key machine at the front of the store but obviously she didn’t share that information. I will not be visiting that store again nor will my family! Holidays or not you really need to refocus and be nice to the customers, without customers you don’t have a job or a pay check and if that’s all your there for is the paycheck then you probably shouldn’t be around customers with that attitude.

I wanted to buy some basic headphones for the gym. Again BASIC is the key word… I wasn’t looking for a $ 200 beats headset or $ 50 dollar Apple headphones. Turns out all of the headphones are locked behind glass proof shelves and each shelves has a surveillance camera. I located a Walmart employee to unlock the display cabinet. It took her some time to find the keys, She asked me which one you want? I told her just that $ 10 one on the left. Instead of handing me the $ 10DOLLARBASIC headphone she gave it to the register near the Electronic section. I asked the sales lady could I pay at the main register because the line was to long and I didn’t want to wait that long. She rolled her eyes and groaned at me(I smiled like a dumbass trying to be nice to the lady). She literally took the headphone and walked it to the main register. SMH… I don’t understand this policy they have where you would have to literally escort me from point A to point B for an item that cost $ 10 dollars… For something immaterial this is not how you do business. Just think about it, name all the items that you regularly buy that cost $ 10 dollars or more. Imagine being escorted to a register for buying sirloin steak that cost $ 20 or no name brand(Walmart brand) shoes that cost $ 25 dollars… Bottom line: No wonder why Walmart is losing money and wonder why they get bad reviews!!! Their policies and procedures are a total complete waste of time. This employee wasted 15 mins of her time going from point A to point B to POINT C, so I could purchase a headphone that cost $ 10 dollars. In the end I don’t blame the employee for being slightly rude to me. I blame myself for stepping inside Walmart to buy something. Never again Walmart, I will take my business else where…

I feel like Walmart is really hated upon. A lot of people shop here. It’s always crowded. I’m sure not all of these shopper are unhappy, yet low score ratings are the most common ones we see here. Oh well; that’s just how reviews work, people are only likely to post their bad experiences. Oh well, I bring today an average experience. As mentioned, the location is typically pretty crowded. The parking lot is kind of musty. There’s often uncomfortable characters around at most times of day; I feel most comfortable going in the morning. Overall though, I’ve never had much issue finding what I need here and it’s usually at a reasonable price. As far as customer service goes, we’ve done maybe 6 – 7 returns. Only 1 time did we have an issue with a return where we spent a long time trying to return an item. Ultimately in the end, we weren’t able to return it due to it being expired according to their return policy. We argued that of course because the item we were trying to return was ambiguously categorized in the«14 day» returns category, but we weren’t able to return it. That’s returns. We also had some issues during checkout a few times. Sometimes the prices listed in the store didn’t agree with the prices at the register. This was especially true for those large frozen«Birds eye» meals which they have a banner on the freezer in front of for like $ 5.90, and the actual price is $ 6.80. Advertising 90 cents off the actual price is a big deal considering those selves are usually pretty picked clean towards the evening. Looky here, 1 of 7 non-smooth returns, and a maybe 3 – 4 price disputes out of 100+ shopping trips. It’s not perfect. I wouldn’t call it excellent either necessarily. But it certainly isn’t a BAD location. We also found it slightly annoying that the cosmetic and electronics section are closed after certain hours and we have to be escorted in there if we want anything after those hours. Stupid thieves ruining other things for normal people…

Had a flat tire, waited three hours. Less than a month later, it happened again: THEYPUT A NEWTIREON A CRACKEDRIM! I didn’t receive an apology, because apparently I should know how to do their job. I called to speak with a manager, the store manager, who NEVER returned my call. I ended up spending another three hours and $ 500 at a different tire place because these people were so far off the mark: both front rims were damaged and not one«mechanic» checked, which I’m told is SUPPOSED to be standard procedure. No apology, no discount, no more money wasted at Walmart!

As with all Walmarts, the less time you spend in one, the better. Good for me that I only ever come here for a few select items and so it’s usually a pretty simple process of making a beeline from my car to the air freshener aisle to the self checkout(HUGE plus!), back to my car. Three minutes of less. That’s my goal at least.

Aweful. Another bad 1 hour check out. We even saw a roach cross the floor why We were waiting. Why do I do this to myself and pay for this every time I come here? 200 bucks a pop and this is the expectation. WOW! What a waste of money and time.

This is a clean and friendly store in a economically challenger neighborhood. Lacey in the photo department was a great help with my broken Apple 3GS. She managed to transfer 1000 photos of my device to cd.
