Second time I’ve been here. Always get underarms done here. I’ve gotten Brazilian before and it was awesome! Didn’t make me uncomfortable at all! Skylar is so sweet and makes it quick and as painless as possible! Not to mention she has the coolest shoes on! Cat vans! Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

I’ve been getting waxed by Annie for over a year now! She’s the best and makes everything super comfortable! I refuse to go anywhere else! Price is affordable and overall the salon is well kept and always friendly staff.

I find a new wax place at every city I go to. And this place was good. At least carli was amazing. Used both hard and soft wax. Was thorough and meticulous. Exactly what you want in a person who waxes you. I don’t know about the rest of the employees but she was great.

Great service and great products. When I started to come here my results for what I wanted were finally showing! Yay! Skylar dos my Brazilian and made me feel so comfortable. She is very detailed and great at what she does. I definitely recommend her when coming here. Ask about products also she had such great advice!

Dede has the MAGIC TOUCH!!! I am extremely picky on where I go to get waxed and have been so disappointed with European Wax and many others, Dede is so thorough — you can tell she truly loves what she does! Highly recommended!!!

I’ve been waxed here several times with no complaint but yesterday was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my 5 years of being waxed (1 year with WAX bar). I went in for my usual Brazilian and left with an inch long lesion from the wax lifting my skin. I called the salon with concern of a possible infection and the fact that I was bleeding quite a bit (more than I would consider «normal» given the circumstance) but I was brushed off as if it were no big deal and that it happens to customers all the time… Today is my second day of bleeding… It’s great to know that wearing a panty liner after being wax is considered a «norm» to Wax Hair Removal Bar…
Not only am I bleeding but the pain from the wound is very uncomfortable.
I do not appreciate the lack of concern about the matter. After my call to the salon, I tried to express my concern via email but have been ignored, I hope this Unilocal review will give the issue the attention that it deserves.

What an amazing experience.

I’ve gone to this place 3 times to get full Brazilians. I came here for my first ever Brazilian and I was extremely nervous. My waxpert Tiffany is so sweet and super professional. She made me feel very comfortable during the process. She answered all my questions and kept a conversation going to distract me lol. My experience is amazing with this company. I highly recommend it. Obviously waxing down there is a little awkward and painful but honestly it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be and I think that’s because I chose this place that it so professional and experienced. Aaaaaaand I just got my third wax and I can say it was faster and less painful than times before. Try it out!

Omg… I’m 9 months pregnant and getting waxed sucked. Buttttt. Annie made the experience SO much better than it could have been! She was quick and made me feel extremely comfortable. I can’t express how thankful I am! She’s a sweetheart and on top of that did a wonderful job. I’m glad I came:]

Probably the worst place I ever went to get an brow tint so bad and one brow was way bigger then the other the girl did a horrible job she did it so fast she sucked never again will I come back here I didn’t try the wax but if you can’t even tint right not interested in the wax they have to offer

I can’t express enough how amazing these ladies are! If you are getting waxed elsewhere you need to leave and give these gals a go. Every single service is done with 100% comfort. They take the time to ensure as little pain as possible happens. They also make you feel very comfortable during some very the services. They show the best movies to keep you distracted and the staff is super friendly. From the magical brow rehab to anal bleach and Brazilians the work is amazing. Prices are great. And staff is on point. Love this place!

I moved to Vegas from SD & was not looking forward to finding a new wax person. I found this place through Groupon & did not expect to get a good person on the first try! The place has a nice, clean feel to it & Carla made me feel comfortable right away. She is easy to talk to & before you know it, the wax is over. I have been going to her for 3 months now & haven’t had any complaints.

This place is awesome! My daughter and I get our eyebrows done by Karla and let me tell you she is the best! She’s not only skilled but she makes the experience comfortable and fun! Thanks Karla!!!

I still consider myself new to the whole waxing thing, as only my 2^nd time. However, the service, professionalism, & care shown by Wax Hair removal Bar in Vegas was exceptional! Annie is very good @ her profession, & made me as comfortable as possible. Wish I were a local, but anytime in town I’ll be back for sure! Thanks Wax!

By far the BEST place in town for waxing by far! My best friend convinced me to give her waxing place a try and for that I’m glad!
The front desk staff was super nice and my wait time was short and minimal. Once back in the room the waxperts, Bree and Carla, made sure I was aware of everything they were doing since it was my first time at this salon. Which was definitely appreciated! What I really loved was that there was a movie playing which is awesome because sometimes I’m not always in a «small talk» mood.
This place is the one stop shop for all your waxing and body needs!

How in God’s name I got talked into this I’ll never know. But, while spending a Friday night in the Linq, we passed by Wax & they were offering free nose hair waxing & $ 3 fireball shots. Well, needless to say, I walked out with less hair & a buzz.
Job well done. Don’t think about it, just do it.

I went to the new Wax salon located at Linq on the Las Vegas Strip.
I am always cautious trying new places as you never know what their hygiene standards are like or whether the staff are any good or were trained by torture experts. I am very, very, very picky about clean spaces and hygiene standards!
However, the staff at Wax were amazing. The salon super clean and their hygiene standards impeccable. The poor girl used 20,000 spatulas as they only place a new spatula in the wax once!
They were quick, efficient, super polite and accommodating. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
This is THE place to go for all your waxing needs in Vegas. Also their at home products to avoid future ingrown’s are great too.
If I lived in Las Vegas this would be my regular. Thank you team for a great experience

Words cannot describe how amazing this place is! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Before them waxing was painful and I hated going to get my Brazilian done! With the staff there I can go in knowing I will not get burned, they are very clean and fast! I go to Wax for all my hair removal (brows, legs, and Brazilian) I tell every one I can about this place !!! If you get ingrowns like I do try a facial for you down there area they can get you smooth !!!

So much Yes! I have been waxing for 18 years… I’ve been to different salons all over the US, I’ve waxed myself many times… And A Groupon popped up at just the right time for me to try this spot. I bought the 3 package Brazilian special on groupon for 75 $.
Karla just gave me one of the best waxes I’ve had… Ever… I am black Irish. Fair skin with coarse black hair, sometimes I bruise or bleed from waxing… Not today. It was probably the most painless, quick wax I’ve had in years. Def. check them out. I know I will only book with Karla when I return. Ps. This isn’t a topic I would normally Unilocal about… It’s not «cute» but my experience was so good. And I personally turn to Unilocal for recommendations… I had to share. Ps., Karla works «Thurs Fri Sat.(says on her card) however I came in a Sunday… So??? But when I come back in, I’ll schedule with her.

As my original review stated, it’s really devastating when someone has to change aestheticians. And for me, it was extra devastating to find out both Kim and Lacy are no longer here. I was not told explicitly by the remaining staff here that my preferred and usual waxperts were no longer here when I tried to schedule/​reschedule appts (found out via Unilocal), which I’m really disappointed in, because I usually do a ton of services at once and would have been really upset if I had to do those all with a stranger with no notice.
So I’m changing my rating to a 2 stars because the description fits «Meh. I’ve experienced better”– the business is still there, but it’s really the wonderful services of Lacy and Kim that got me devoted to Wax Bar and kept me coming back. Lacy was a magician with eyebrows and got me through my brow rehab. I tried to test the waters with a new person there, but the underarm wax was very unpleasant, not as thorough and slow moving, which is not what I’m used to at all (and not something I want to experience for any other waxing services). I have a few waxes left on the wax pass I bought here, but I’ll be leaving them unused and moving on.
