David Eliyahu dedicated himself to helping businesses succeed with smarter, more efficient and targeted online presence using the latest strategies, tactics and tools available. David has successfully consulted online startups, ecommerce, small businesses, hotels, and many more, helping these companies increase sales and improve their bottom line by maximizing their online business potential.

Before founding Web Captain David was part of the Math and Computer Science BA program for gifted teenagers in Bar Ilan University, Israel while in high school. He was accepted into the IDF’s most prestigious computer training program with an impressive tradition of creating world leaders entrepreneurs in the computer and internet fields through a combination of advanced learning, job experience and of course Israeli «chutzpah». He also worked as an information security consultant for banking, insurance, and government agencies.
