Just finished our child birth education class with Sarah and I would highly recommend this to any expecting woman/​couple!

I found WRM during my 1^st pregnancy and hired Tiffanie, then a doula & now a midwife, to be with me during labor. She was invaluable during my labor and I learned a lot about what I wanted for my next birth. In between pregnancies I attended a friend’s birth with Ashley as her doula and found Ashley to also be a fantastic doula.
When I got pregnant again I hired Tiffanie again, and she was absolutely amazing during my 2^nd delivery… I honestly don’t know if I could have done it without her. I used more of the available services the 2^nd time around. Ashley was great with placenta preparation & I have found the pills to be helpful with milk supply and postpartum moods. Jenny taught the birth glass I took & it was awesome. They also offer prenatal fitness classes, midwife services, products and a variety of other things for a healthy pregnancy. I highly recommend this business & everyone who works there!

I hired a doula. Idk. Not thrilled with experience. WMaybe If you are spiritual and like wholistic medicine it would be for you. Labor hurts and nobody can prevent the pain. Would have saved my 800 dollars.

My wife attended the Christian childbirth class by Shana and without it we wouldn’t have been able to have such a wonderful experience. My wife had her son on her due date with no drugs or interventions. We hired Shana to be our Doula and that was extremely helpful. She took a huge wait of my shoulders. This place is great for all things baby! My wife has attended the milk circle, baby wearing class, lactation class, etc… We definitely recommend this place if you want to learn about having a baby!

One stop shop!
I was referred to a doula who was (at the time) working at well rounded momma. Even though I cannot recommend the doula I used because she went back to school full time, I will say that my experience using a doula was worth every single penny and I would imagine most of the ladies who work at WRM would be amazing as well. I also recommend interviewing more than one, which is what we did. This person will be your lifeline and sanity more than you know, so pick one you feel extremely comfortable being totally honest with. My doula made my birthing dreams come true and I’m sure if you find one with WRM you can also have the birthing experience you hope for.
My doula recommended a prenatal massage from the therapist at WRM bc I was not sleeping in my last weeks of pregnancy. I will say, I am not someone who generally enjoys a massage, my mind races the entire time thinking about what else I could be doing. With that being said, the massage was very relaxing and enjoyable.
After my baby was born I decided to encapsulate my placenta, again through WRM. The ladies picked up my placenta the day I got home from the hospital and the next afternoon I had pills in hand with a dried heart shaped umbilical cord wrapped up nicely. (I highly recommend the pills as it REALLY helped my energy in those first few weeks!)
Several weeks after my daughter was born I was having some issues nursing. My doula recommended Tiffany Gonzales. She looked at my daughters mouth and noticed a tongue tie but said it didn’t seem to be bothering her. She listened and answered all of my questions and several days after my appointment I’m on the mend and my baby is doing better as well.
I truly feel as though this is a place of women who care about women and their best interest as an individual.

Well Rounded Mama is such an amazing place. They provide so many wonderful services for expecting parents and provide lots of support afterwards too. I hired my doula (Ashley Zimmerman) through WRM and she was great, very professional and provided so much support for both my husband and I. I have only had good positive experiences with the staff there. I took a childbirth class, baby wearing class, and did Mommy and me pilates. Loved them all! This is great establishment that every town needs!

Love Well Rounded Momma! I’ve come here many times with my husband for their open house/​baby classes and all the experts are great. This place has everything natural minded expecting parents needs all in one place. Very knowledgeable consultants with great tips and a great selection of natural products for mom and baby. We plan on hiring our doula from here but just can’t decide which one, everyone has been so nice!

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Zimmerman for my birth. While there was a variety of complications she found ways to comfort me, ease the pain and show my husband how he could help. She provided me with knowledge and informed me of my options as a patient so I could be in control of my experience as much as possible. She truly contributed a positive experience to my birth and I would recommend her to anyone considering a Doula.

We used Well Rounded Mama as a resource, doula, lactation and placenta encapsulation service for our first child. Ashley Zimmerman was our doula and she rocked! She was available for questions at anytime once we chose her. She was supportive, empathetic, caring, knowledgable, understanding and reliable. She anticipated our needs often times before we knew we even needed assistance. The birth of our son was smoother and easier because of her. I tell anyone who will listen about how great she is and that anyone pregnant needs her on their birth team. We also had Cherish as our student doula. Cherish was supportive, kind, and attentive.
We have gone to Well Rounded Mama’s location a few times and appreciate the welcoming attitude and wealth of knowledge available at any time to answer questions. It’s a go to place for anyone open to different birth options and postpartum support.

Everything an expectant parent/​parent could ever need is under the same roof @ Well Rounded Momma. Midwives, doulas, lactation consultants, childbirth educators, massage therapists, birth tub setup and more! The store carries all of the essentials as well as awesome herbs and supplements, even local raw honey. I couldn’t have picked a better team for the birth of my first child and I will always support this amazing group of women. I refer Well Rounded Momma every chance I get.

What an incredible establishment. When i first found out I was pregnant with my first child, an acquaintance recommended getting a doula from WRM. I was hesitant because I knew nothing about doulas, but I decided to check out the place. I took the breastfeeding class, loved their little shop, and after having my baby, began going to the weekly milk circle group. Being without family in Vegas, the milk circle mamas acted as a much needed resource for me to get some adult time, hang with other mothers who are pro-​breastfeeding, and keep myself sane during the sleep deprived days and nights of raising a newborn.
WRM offers prenatal yoga, many childbirth education classes, advice on breastfeeding and much more! I would recommend them to anyone.

I had gone here for the first time back in May but never got around to writing a review. I decided to go to a midwife for well woman care instead of an OB/​GYN after seeing the documentary The Business of Being Born. Previously, I had been to two different MD offices in town (and others in other states) and never got a «warm, fuzzy» feeling. Sure, I didn’t have any bad experiences with those MDs, but I really wanted to start a more personal relationship.
WRM is laid-​back, attentive, and inviting. I think I spent two hours with her going over my full medical history, doing the physical exam, etc. They drew blood in the room; I didn’t have to drive to some other location. I promptly got a call once my results were available.
It is worth noting that I have never been pregnant and am not planning to have kids yet. Midwives also provide well woman care, so you don’t need to wait until you are pregnant to make the switch! I am so glad I did. I was also very relieved to learn that I have the option to do a planned home birth when that time comes.
I highly recommend WRM. If I recall correctly, the visit was covered by my insurance because I don’t remember paying for anything except an herbal supplement. This is how healthcare should be!

I have nothing but great things to say about well rounded mama. I took the hypnobirthing series with Mandie and all my nerves are gone and i’m excited for labor. I am also using their service for my placenta pills. I’m so happy that i learned about this place.

I love the prenatal yoga class. I feel very connected with my baby and get a good workout!

I knew about this place on Unilocal.I was desperate for help after painfully breastfeeding my baby for 4 weeks. I watched videos, read articles, tried every single advice but nothing seemed to work, so I decided to look for professional help. I called to schedule an appointment and after probably 30 min the LC on call contacted me and scheduled an appointment the next day. Amanda checked my baby girl and found out that she had a tight jaw and upper lip, so it didnt matter what I did, she couldnt open her mouth wide enough and she was hurting my nipples. She recommended going to a chiropractic and gave me wonderful advice. I really liked the service they provided, I highly recommended them!

Sarah Egan was an outstanding doula during the birth of my daughter. Of the six babies born that day, my daughter was the only one born naturally. Sara was patient, kind, and knowledgable. She was a rock for me during 33 hours of labor and helped me make sure my experience was my own w/​o letting hospital staff pressure me into what I didn’t want.

Sherry Hopkins was my midwife and was excellent. She took great care of me and took her time at each of our appointments, I never felt rushed. Her assistant Tiffanie was fantastic as well. I highly recommend them.
I did end up transporting to the hospital for an epidural after 14hrs at home (baby was posterior and his head was presenting sideways making labor painful). Sherry & Tiffanie both accompanied us to the hospital (they called ahead to let them know we were on our way) and stayed with us. Tiffanie comforted my through my contractions, while Sherry helped get me registered with the nurse and answer any questions about my medical history. My experience with them and the hospital was great. I saw her for all my post natal appointments too. Tiffanie answered my call when I had a question about breast feeding at 2 months too. Overall great midwives!

I took the Hypnobirthing and Breastfeeding classes from Mandie at this location. It was well worth the time and money. It was VERY education and truly prepared me for the birth of my child. Highly recommended.
