Wells Fargo Bank

This bank is located on Decatur between Lake Mead & Vegas Dr.
Went on Wednesday 12−16−15 at 12:05 PM to get a money order.
Out of the 8 windows, only three were open. The line was about 20 deep and a bank employee was walking around the line with an iPad asking each person what they were there for and taking their debit card info. People who had issues that can be taken care of by a banker (new accounts, questions, etc) were pulled out of the line and taken to the other side to see a banker. When I finally got the window 23 minutes later I was asked again for my debit card info and what I am there to do.
I tell the teller I need a money order and she has me write the amount and who it should be made out to on a post-​it and she dissapears for 6 minutes. I can see her on the phone flipping through a large binder with papers in it. Is she getting instructions on how to create a money order? Are they having technical difficulties? Guess I’ll never know.
When she came back I was hounded by the usual questions:
Lady: Did you know you are pre-​qualified for an exciting credit card offer?
Me: No thank you. Don’t believe in them.
Lady: But it only has x amount of interest!
Me: No thanks, lady… they’re against my religion.
Lady: Okay but if you change your mind you can bla bla bla (I stopped listening).
Me: Ok gotcha. Cool beans.
And it’s like that every single time I go to the bank. If it’s not the credit card thing, it’s them hitting me up for renter’s insurance. The time before this they tried to convince me that if I get their credit card and anything happens to my cell phone they will pay to replace it. I feel sorry for the poor employees who have to harass these poor people who have waited in line so long they are already irritated. I’m glad I don’t work there.
Additionally they call me about once a week to ask if I want financial planning. I’m getting pretty tired of this bank.

They don’t even deserve one star !!
Honestly the worst in customer service they never help me. When I do sit with a representative all they do is waste your time. They are always so young makes me feel like they don’t know what they are doing specially when they don’t even look decent. I wasted 30 min just so she can tell me sorry the credit card office is close. She could have told me this before I even took a seat.
I rather go out of my way and drive to Summerlin location on buffalo & lake mead.
DO NOT WASTE your time and going to this location!!!
