We saw Dr. Goodell for the majority of our pregnancy. In all of our visits; Dr. Goodell was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. We always felt at ease around the doctor, almost as if talking to a good friend who really seemed to care about us and our baby.
We went to Centennial Hills hospital for our delivery, and it was very comforting to see Dr. Goodell arrive at the delivery room. I always felt like we were in good hands with our Doctor, and I would recommend her to anybody.

My doctor Dr. Goodell was great up until she went on vacation 2 days before I was supposed to deliver. I was so insistent on having a female doctor but I ended up delivering 10 days past due (refusing induction until 42 weeks) and my baby came on his own with no induction. Dr. Paul Sheldon delivered him at summerlin hospital and I really have no complaints about him. the staff was great through my entire pregnancy especially their nurse Heather, she’s awesome. I wish Dr. Goodell could have delivered out son but I understand that doctors have lives too. Both locations are very nice with huge comfy couches, I even slept on one while doing a 3 hour glucose test

I have been going to this office for 2 years now. Everyone there is professional and the entire staff have always been very polite. My visits have been with both Dr. Paul and his APRN, Paige. Both are extremely intelligent, easy to talk to, and good listeners. I cannot imagine you can find a better practice in Las Vegas.

Love Dr. Paul and his team! I came to see Dr. Paul for my first pregnancy. They were great! While I didn’t have the healthiest pregnancy due to gestational diabetes, the staff was really supportive and was there for me. I got all my questions answered, concerns addressed, etc. I had to come in for frequent monitoring at the end of my pregnancy and everyone was always so nice. I never had to wait long for appointments either. Special thank you to Dr. Paul’s APRN Paige Cook who really impressed me with how knowledgeable she was about gestational diabetes and suggestions on changing my diet. I had a few scares where I came in with abdominal pain and even though everything was totally fine, no one made me feel like I was overreacting.
All the assistants in the office are really awesome– you can tell they actually care because they would small talk with you and they were always smiling which means a lot when you are miserable and pregnant! special shout out to Michaela the MA who helped me get hooked up the the fetal monitors weekly and made sure I was comfy.
All of the medical staff here are caring, professional, and dedicated. I took advantage of some pre-​natal classes, breast feeding and the labor class– both were really informative, comfortable. Their nurse Dana even spent some 1:1 time w me during a monitoring appointment to teach me more about breastfeeding.
I work as a nurse and us nurses can be pretty critical about health care providers but I am always recommending Dr. Paul to everyone I work with :)
My delivery went great at Centennial Hills Hospital… I had to be induced because of my condition but Dr. Pauls induction plan worked perfect and I was able to avoid a c-​section which was my one big goal! I’ll keep using Dr. Paul, Paige & WHASN as my obgyn for sure!

I have been a patient of Dr Goodell’s for the past few years now at Women’s Health Center and loved her so much that when she left the practice and went to WHASN I followed her. I am regretting this decision. I have had two appointments at this new practice and the first one was great. It was just my yearly so I didn’t mind having an MA instead of Dr Goodell see me. I loved Kristin the MA. Then I went back for my 8 week pregnancy appointment and was told that I would see the MA again. I thought this would be Kristin so I was fine with that. It was not Kristin it was another MA. I did not care for this MA what so ever. For one she didn’t know me or have any knowledge of my history with Dr Goodell. Everything with her seemed to be a HUGE deal which left me feeling extremely anxious and nervous. When I would ask questions to get a better understanding or to figure out if I needed to be concerned she would not answer them directly she would beat around the bush. I left this office feeling awful and really confused. Being someone that suffers from extreme anxiety this was not how the appointment should have gone and had my Dr actually seen me or her MA they would know my history and know how to handle their patient. I was even more upset when I walked out of the room and Dr Goodell was standing there but couldn’t see me. The office staff here is awful and has no customer service skills. I was talking to one of the front desk girls and while I was trying to cancel my appt she hung up on me. Needless to say I will never be going back to this office.

This is a new office close to my home and so far I really like it.
Big clean office with lots of seating. The staff is pretty good and seems to get the job done. My Dr. is lovely and I am so happy I found her. I wish my Dr. would be here more days a week because this office is so much better than the other one. Just remember that they do deliver babies and that emergencies happen. I have gone in for an appointment and my Dr. either was late or never made it due to a hospital visit. I try to be understanding because that could be me soon. I have waited a long time or rescheduled and the staff was really great about keeping me updated. Overall I am happy!

I am all for following your provider. Unfortunately following your provider can lead to a new organization that can leave you unhappy with the office’s administrative services. Regardless of staff’s attitude and behavior, the professionalism of delivering exceptional care is not there. As a patient don’t entirely instill your trust in the staff’s competence. Stay on top of receiving the health care services you want, if you don’t you will be left dissatisfied in the staff’s unorganized mannerisms.
