Steff and Jim are friggin great! I’ma regular. They will help with pretty much anything if they’re capable. The prices are good and they are always offering good tips to help with your little critters. DEFINITE RECOMMENDATION.

This pet shop is literally a herp lover’s dream. When you walk in, you will immediately notice the beautiful décor and cleanliness of this shop. With snakes and reptiles galore as well as birds, supplies, and unique items to purchase (including beautiful hand crafted cat trees up front)– you will find yourself returning time and again to Wild Things. The owners are knowledgeable, friendly and always there to help their customers. When it comes to purchasing herps– hands down– this is the best shop in town to go to.
Wild Things should definitely be on your list of places to shop if you are an animal lover.

The store is always and the owners jim and steff are knowledgeable. The are always willing to help with what you need or if there is something not in stock, they will order it for you. They also carry taxidermy and jewelry, which other stores dont. So you can shop for a few different things! It’s a great selection.

Customer service at this store is unparalleled. Great selection of reptiles along with an excellent example of nature-​themed artworks and jewelry. Exotic pet supply selection is ever-​expanding, and they are one of the only stores in town to carry Pangea. :)

We have been to every exotic petstore in town. Wild things is the only place in Vegas anyone should go to for reptiles, feeders and supplies. We have purchased 6 of our pets from them and our pets are all extremely healthy and happy. The service is impecable. Steff and Jim always answer all of our questions no matter how crazy they are. We are Wild Things customers for life and recommend them to all our friends. This store and it’s owners deserves more than 5 stars.

Great place to get feeders at the best price!

Innovative, custom displays and the plethora of unique décor available really lend a certain atmosphere to the place, even before you enter. The cages with animals in them were clean. They had a few unusual species. But many of the cages did not have animals in them.
Something I found odd was the outside, from the outside of the store it almost looks like it could be a trinket shop to the casual observer, there is nothing that immediately stands out that says its primary function inside is «pet shop».
A definite down side is the smell. Very odd and it permeates the entire space. If that were reduced it would be 4 stars easily.
If Unilocal allowed half stars I would probably give it 3.5.

I have gone to every single exotic pet store in the Vegas/​Henderson area & this is the ONLY place that you consistently get treated like a human being who matters.
The owners are always well informed, professional, & kind. I have never seen or heard of them talking down to somebody no matter what the questions are. I go in this store a minimum of once a week. Typically 3+ times.
They stayed open late for me once by TWO HOURS because I was running behind & dealing with an issue. They always help me load stuff in my car. Regardless of if its just feeders, enclosures, or the animals themselves.
Their cages are always being cleaned practically every time I go in there. All the animals are very well fed & fed properly.
All the animals I have purchased from them have been healthy.
One thing I truly respect about them is their honesty. They don’t tell you what you want to hear just to make a sale.
I wanted a specific animal & they told me that would be a bad decision. They gave me a different suggestion based off my expressed wants/​expectations & hit the nail on the head.
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Truly a blessing to have them nearby.

Excellent store. Great quality of reptiles and great selection of not only live animals, but also supplies and an amazing assortment of home décor and jewelry. Owners are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I have been buying from them since they opened last year and will continue to do business.
