I’ve had such bad experiences at other iPhone repair stores, and this place is no different. They finished fixing my LCD screen within 15 minutes. I was actually really happy after they fixed my screen so fast. I actually gave them a 5 star rating before I edited my review.
I noticed later that night that my phone screen was making clicking noises so I went in the next day to see if they could get it fixed. The girl at the front desk told me that my phone was bent from me previously dropping it, but as a courtesy, someone in the back will reshape my phone. Came back out within 5 minutes, looks the same, and I deeply regret getting it «reshaped». I went home, I notice my camera and my flashlight aren’t working anymore. I know it wasn’t me who did this because I used my camera earlier at the gym before I went to them and again last night after getting my screen fixed. Now I have to go back again because of whatever the hell they did to my phone after reshaping it.

This place is terrible! I almost never write bad reviews, but in this case I’ve made an exception. They wanted to charge me $ 40 over the amount Apple would charge to fix my screen. I complained and then they matched the price of Apple. How do you charge someone the exact amount as the official business when your an outside business? Usually I would just go and not deal with this, and I blame myself for continuing through. I was so tired of going from place to place I settled and had them fix it. They did in fact fix it within the hour. But the screen has been giving me problems now and I officially have to replace the phone for $ 300. So thanks no thanks. Please do not go here. Might as well get it fixed at Apple.

The lady at the front counter was nice, I came in for my iPhone being cracked and the one on rainbow was close but recommend me this place since its Black Friday I was just glad this place was open and convenient its close to the house. She told me it’s going to take a hr in a half to 2 hours coz there’s phones ahead of me and I’m fine with that, I went to bestbuy to kill time I came back one hour and half and my phone was ready. iPhone 6 screen replacement was 100 plus tax.

This is going to be a long post because I’ve been dealing with this phone and this company for months now.
I’ve always known that once a screen cracks, there’s a way higher chance of it happening again.
I thought my sony xperia was near indestructable so i left it without a case despite better reasoning. The screen cracked back in July and I searched all over town for somewhere that could do same-​day repair. Not possible considering the fact that it’s a rare phone, so i settled for a spot near home.
They charged me $ 100 and said it would be 3 – 5 days. Meanwhile, I used my backup phone. A week later, (roughly 7 days), i recieved a phone call. She said itd be about 10 days before they recieved the part. I fussed a little bit and then accepted.
I picked up the phone and the phone looked near new except for some dings around the edges. I was ecstatic.
One week later, screen goes black.
Terrified that it was going to be another few weeks, i went straight there and was relieved to find out they had ordered extra parts. They fixed it under warranty, no problem.
After this fix, i left for the east coast. I quickly noticed that the background of the screen had small permanent marks (like when u press lighlty on a computer screen). This didn’t bother me enough to bother with it, but i felt that it was worth noting regarding the work that had been done.
Ok, fastforward to end of October. Now it’s been a little over a month since it had been fixed.
Screen crack #2.
I crossed my fingers and hoped they would warranty it but knew it wouldn’t be the case. I explained all the ridiculousness that i had dealt with and they offered me 10% off this time. So i payed the $ 93 and was on my way.
I ordered a good case off of amazon and used my back up phone until i recieved it.
A few days ago, the screen cracked again.
The phone had a screen protecter & a case on it. It cracked while it was in my purse.
Now, Im not entirely sure what has caused me such bad luck. And Im not sure whether Sony’s phones are garbage once the screen cracks, or if the fixs were done poorly. I’m not going to use the devil phone anymore but i really wanted to try to sell it with a fresh screen.
No such luck. They won’t warranty it. It hasnt been more than a month but they don’t like the damage and say it doesn’t qualify. After all the inconveniences, i requested for an exception. Nope, I can go in to speak to the manager when he’s in but Im not sure if it’s worth the effort.
Frustrated.

They are fast and reliable. I dropped my phone off an hour late fixed. I you want to save on cell phone deductibles this is the place

Have taken my phone here 3 times in about the last year. I am always in and out within an hour. Friendly staff and very minimal up selling. Would be 5 stars if their prices had not been raised by $ 10 for iPhone screen.

Dropped off my iphone and not even 30 minutes later they were finished! Great, quick service, super friendly & you can’t beat the price/​time!

This place has horrible service, you have to take your phone in here many times just to get it fixed correctly. Even when you tell them what is wrong with your phone and pick up your phone drive 20 minutes away and the problem is still there. I am talking about two separate phones that they have repaired and could not get them right and I had to return four times for each phone. And two phones in one week, this is ridiculous. And I had a phone fixed about five months ago and it stop working within four days and screws were coming out of it. Be very careful about this place

Brought my daughters iPad mini here for an LCD repair. I dropped it off around 3:00 and it was done by 6:00. Fair pricing and great service. Will be back if I have another broken device.

After dropping my phone for the like the fiftieth time or so, I finally damaged my iPhone 4S screen. The actual screen popped partially open and the LCD screen got damaged, meaning the were black ink-​like spots on my screen and digital lines going through it that flickered. The color of the images on my screen were also darker as a result.
I thought it was time to toss the phone, but my husband came across this store by accident, (as we were dining next door) and got an estimate of $ 50 to repair. I went in the very next day and they replaced the screen as well as the LCD in under 30 minutes! My phone looks like new again and the screen is as good as ever.
Very pleased with how quick, easy and affordable the service was. Definitely a great way to save your phone~

My nephew was playing on my IPhone when out of nowhere he threw up on the screen. After cleaning it up, I noticed that it just would not charge.
Brought it in to IPhone Doctor and Mark took it for a repair immediately as I walked in.
He said he tried everything he could to clean out the charging port to get me out of there for free (these guys are too nice!), but he said the connectors were burnt out and I needed a new one.
He had it done in less than 20 minutes and my phone charges once again!

As generic as it sounds, I never write reviews, but these guys are miracle workers
I was visiting Vegas for the weekend when my phone fell out of my bag and fell, shattering the glass. It was falling out of the phone and the entire screen was discolored. I couldn’t even call anyone or answer any phone calls!
One of my friends recommended this place as it is right by their house so I brought it in.
Just a little side note, as I was bringing my phone in, who else is in there but Wanderlei Silva!!! Crazy!
Phone is now brand new and I got my cased signed by Wanderlei himself! Great way to end my weekend!

Brought my phone into Apple because the screen was just not working, but they would not honor my warranty because of the «physical damage.» Why else would I buy Apple Care and have it not work? Just to have the pretty box?
The person helping me recommended I check out IPhone Doctor.
Went in and Brandon was very helpful and made the entire experience easier. It was nice not to be given a bunch of bs run around about why they couldn’t fix my phone.
Was in and out in under 30 minutes and their repairs even come with a warranty!

Dropped my IPhone on tile at home and the screen cut out. Brought it over to these guys and Ray was very helpful and explained that the LCD can cut out when the phone is dropped, and it needed to be replaced (there was also a couple spiderweb cracks across the screen). He fixed my IPhone 5S in under 30 minutes and even installed a screen protector for me!
Great service and definitely would recommend to anyone.

Cracked my Galaxy and brought it in for a quote on my day off. I was a bit skeptical of these repair shops, but I already used my upgrade and convinced myself I didn’t need the insurance on my phone.
They fixed my phone and it’s as if nothing ever happened to it! Would definitely recommend :)

My phone was charging while I was washing my hands and it fell into the sink.
Nothing happened and everything worked fine, until I noticed I couldn’t hear anyone when they were on the other line, unless the phone was on speaker.
Brought it in to these guys and they fixed it very quickly while I was getting my lunch.

***PLEASE READ MY UPDATE below from 3/​3/​15*** Legit and thank god for them I was back in business in about an hour. Of coarse we all hope we never shatter our phones but once in a while we do and if this happens to you and you don’t have insurance for your phone come here and you will get it back good as new. Under a hundred works for me I mean I can’t get everything for free! Friendly staff and professional techs. Thanks iphone doctor you guys rock!
3÷3÷15 I know it’s been awhile and I should’ve have went back to ask the store but I’ve always notice that the sound level from the ear part was totally different right after I got my phone repair here. I didn’t go back because I just kept letting it go and the day I got it repaired I was just so stoked to have a new screen without having to buy a new phone. I guess I could’ve given them the chance to fix it but now I suffer because now or ever since then it’s really hard to hear anyone when I am on my phone with them as if there was glue or something that was accidentally spilt or covering the ear speaker. I don’t know if it’s too late now!
