History

Established in 2014.

Homa S. Woodrum, Esq. started Woodrum Law LLC in January 2014 to serve Southern Nevada families and businesses in need of assistance in the areas of business, immigration, elder law, probate, and guardianship.

Adam L. Woodrum, Esq. joined the firm in June of 2015 and the firm’s practice expanded into the arena of Criminal Defense.

The firm has a combined 17 years of attorney experience and is committed to serving the community.

Business Owner

Homa S. Woodrum has been licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada since October 2007. She graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in May 2007 with her Juris Doctorate. Before law school she earned her BSBA in International Business at UNLV and has lived in Nevada since the year 2000 after relocating from Wasilla, Alaska.

In 2013 Homa was inducted into Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s «100 Hours Club» for providing over 100 hours of pro bono (free) legal services through LACSN. In 2012 she was listed on LACSN’s «Honor Roll» relating to pro bono service and volunteered at their «Ask-​A-​Lawyer» program held at Family Court. She is also currently a member of the Clark County Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Nevada State Bar Elder Law Section, Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys, and was recently named to Nevada Business Magazine’s 2015 Legal Elite.
