WorldMark Las Vegas – Boulevard

My first stay as new timeshare owner. Loved it. The whole place is beautiful and is pretty close to the action on the strip. You can get a shuttle to go shopping and also be dropped off at the Monte Carlo daily. Would have given 5 stars if the pool near room had been heated but was broken and hot tub as well broken as no jets would work and the main pool could have been cleaned more often. But water was warm and nice. Room was fantastic. Top floor nice and quiet and everyone was nice and helpful. Will definitely go back again!

Checking in was definitely the worst part. Check in time was at 4pm and we arrived promptly at 4 and our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait an hour and a half until they finally called to say that they had to change our room due to some issues with the original room.
They will send you to another desk to pick up your parking pass. In other words, they will give you a parking pass after they try to offer you a «free gift» if you attend a presentation.
The room itself was spacious. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was more than enough room for 5 and had a balcony that overlooked the lazy river. The bathrooms and kitchen however are in need of updates.
Although we weren’t able to use the amenities, the pool area did look well maintained.

I think I grew up here. I’m sure I’ve stayed here every year since it’s opened and it always gets better. I love settling in for the week, shopping at whole foods for meats and veggies to put on the grill, lounge/​pool clothes all day long, waking up early to be at the pool, and squeeze some gym time before hitting up the casinos. This place is perfect. There may be some issues with a room from time to time but front desk does a good job to send maintenance out soon as possible. There are parking garages and you are assigned to one nearest your room. I enjoy the little hot tub waterfall and the lazy river on the other side. Many small playgrounds are available for the toddlers and there’s always a good crowd going by the pool! I can’t wait for the summertime!

Great place… we love coming here but the Timeshare sales desk really made me mad. I am pretty calm guy but the lady (Analise or something like that) at this desk wouldn’t take No for answer. She wanted to get me to come in tomorrow morning for an owners updated and I told her no… at least 20 times. She did not care about my agenda with my wife away without the kids… she only cared about her numbers or sales… and just high pressured me and wouldn’t take my No for an answer. That is not good customer service and I feel bad for all the new customers and current owners who are high pressured like this. Everyone else here has always been great… but with a person like that here I can not recommend this place anymore.

I stay at this WM several times a year. Usually I am very satisfied as an owner. However I treated my family to the penthouse. I gave the WorldMark only 3 stars due to my stay in the two bedroom penthouse. (room 3403). Normally I rate my Worldmark stays higher. The value of this penthouse is not worth the credits spent. The bathroom fixtures are worn. You do get jacuzzi tubs but the one in the master bathroom is chipped. The water pressure in the kitchen is low. The rooms are a little larger. The serving dishes and plates are nicer as is the refrigerator. The dishwasher is the standard dishwasher. The flames on the fireplace are little higher than on the regular units which I did enjoy. The BBQ on the deck is a small electric one. It does not get hot enough to sear a steak. It steams them well.
Definitely a time for an update/​remodel on this unit. I suggest heat lamps, magnifying mirrors, adjustable stream shower heads, a larger shower, plush towels, heated floor for the bathroom. Suggest a larger BBQ grill with gas or briquets.

It was a lovely place to stay at. Our place overlooked the pool and had enough room to house our 7 people comfortably for the weekend. Good selection of channels available on the TV, and the kitchen had a stove, oven, microwave, and stuff to cook with, which was lovely.
There is good security at the door — the guard asks where you’re heading to or who you’re visiting at the gate which keeps out random wanderers. Nice bar across the street too if you want some quick and affordable food.
You’re basically in the middle of nowhere, but though I have not personally tried it, I hear there’s a shuttle that takes you from the resort to the Strip.
HOWEVER, the BIGGEST downside (in my opinion anyway) is no free wi-​fi — you have to pay quite a bit extra for it. When you consider how even really crappy hotels have free wi-​fi, it was ridiculous and annoying that a nice place like this didn’t offer it. Luckily we were only staying 2 nights. Lovely though the place might be, I would’ve gone insane without internet for too long, and I wasn’t about to give in and pay for their super overpriced wi-​fi that should’ve been part of the package.

Two Febuary’s in a row, win a little relax in great comfort, have a great experience and a whole lot different then the Hotel style, traveled around the area and had some good luck, met good people, saw some wonderful real estate, good enough to make me leave Cali, Maui got some Competion, love the Mountain Views from everywhere, will be back again and again

I had the pleasure of meeting Michele Baker in Oceanside, CA. at the WorldMark by Wyndham Resort many years ago. I was so happy to see her again while traveling to Las Vegas, NV with my relatives last year (2015) Michele has always made sure we have a fantastic Vacation Experience. We even wrote an article in the Worldmark magazine years ago when we had the Fires in San Diego, CA. and we took refuge in the Oceanside Timeshare when our power was out in Alpine, CA. and we were all being Evacuated. WorldMark is our Home away from Home. Owners since 2000 we have many, many, many wonderful Vacation Memories from over the years from staying at our Timeshare Locations … with our Family and Friends. Big Bear, CA., Indio, CA., Palm Springs, CA., Monterey, CA., San Francisco, CA., Las Vegas, NV., and St. George, Utah, and for my Son’s Wedding we had relatives staying here in San Diego, CA.
Clean and stocked with everything you need for a once in a lifetime Vacation Experience.

If I could give no stars I would! The rooms are nice, but management is absolutely terrible. The goal is for the customer to be happy and they legitimately failed in every aspect. I would not recommend coming here.

This place was pretty cool!
Stayed here with le fiancé’s family for Thanksgiving weekend. They have a timeshare and I’m not quite sure how that works, but it means they go to random locations sometimes and can stay in a comfortable, apartment-​like setting!
We had a super chill time here, spent most of it around the gym or the room cooking and hanging out. Decent proximity to the strip, you definitely would want a car in my opinion though. It’s definitely fun to be in Vegas and be able to have your own kitchen though.
All in all, if it were up to me, I would pick somewhere else (because I’m like a ferret and need to be around bright and shiny things like the Strip), but not a bad choice.

I stayed at this establishment and have to admit I was impressed at all levels. Let’s be real, this is a vacation resort not a 4 diamond hotel. I came down with the family while I attended a convention and the lids absolutely loved the heated pools. Btw for all you Starbucks lovers, they have one at this place. Also, the shuttle service was convenient. It p/​u at the WM and drops off at the Monte Carlo. I used it many times while in Vegas and had no reason to drive myself anywhere. The staff has been great so far and responsive when I asked for additional towels. I stayed in a 2 br and enjoyed our stay.

After arriving and checking inn for some reason I had to walk over to another desk for a parking pass. «Parking pass» means, «try to sell you something.» The lady at the desk was super excited to see my family, complementing us and over the top stuff. After declining her free stuff. She (Jay Yavenu) said, «Well I am not going to get any credit if you say no.» Then turned her nose up at us.
I was like what happened to my over the top complementer. what no have a nice day?
Then the room sucked… dirty floors (see picture) broken glass on my deck (see picture), heat only heats up one room (yes I checked the vent covers), BBQ on deck is missing, have to pay for Internet (da faq? I go to McDonald’s pay 99c for burger and have all the free wifi I want), etc. I went to the Smith’s down the road to get some cleaning supplies.
All in all… if you are gross then stay here. If not, go someplace else!
Update: Wife complained and they gave us some crappy coupons «for our troubles.» These coupons are those dumb coupons you can get free in hotel lobbies. Thanks for the slap in the face. Just reimburse me for my damn cleaning supplies.

Not a good place to stay. Came here after my friend offered a two night stay. When we get here we get lost and I call for directions, the girl in reception said just put the zip and it will get you here. I said I need the closest hotel to try to place where we are at, and they could not get me to it. Had to ask for directions because Google maps takes you to the one by the stardust hotel. Anyhow, when we get here check in, they try to sell you tickets to listen to the spill on the time share. I politely refused, well the gentleman trying to sell me the tickets got upset and was rude. I said I’m sorry I’m here to relax, then he continued to pressure me to sign up to listen to them sell me the time share. He said they wanted to make this a memorable experience, I said after all this I will never come back. He gave me the parking passes and made a smart comment. Anyways, never again will i stay here, let alone try to purchase this timeshare stuff.
On a positive side, the rooms are roomy and have just about everything you need. Just be-​careful with workers walking in your room. I had a guy open the door in us when we were getting ready to leave. I called the front desk and they said management would call after the my investigated and they never called. I have no idea who walked in our room. Luckily we had the door lock handle blocking him from coming in.

I’ve been a Worldmark owner for 16 years and have enjoyed many of the resorts. This one is surely one of the best for its layout and convenience. The resort staff are always very helpful, friendly, and on top of things. I booked 6 two bedroom condos for Labor Day weekend as family from all over were converging to celebrate a 50^th anniversary. Everyone loved their condo and enjoyed the resort.
As the owner I was the first to arrive and there was an issue with one of the condos in regards to it being handicap accessible. While it did meet ADA requirements, it did not meet my family member’s requirement of a roll in shower. I had requested this and had it verified when I made the reservation so this was disconcerting to hear. The resort manager approached, said they had seen the reservation requirement on the check in list and had been trying to reach me all morning to remedy the situation. Great attention to detail by the manager and his front desk staff and we had it resolved in a short time. Check in went super smooth and I could not have been happier.
Then I had to take the walk of death over to the vultures at the «parking pass» desk or «sales» or whatever else they want to proclaim it as. I explained I had just seen a presentation in San Francisco 3 weeks prior and we’re trying to buy another house at the moment so there would be no chance of us purchasing credits so i just need my parking pass. As expected the «lady’ kept pushing for something she said I hadn’t seen because it was new. I reiterated again that we weren’t interested and that I just need the parking pass. This is an annoyance that just isn’t needed with the number of owners and the usage at the majority of the resorts. it boils down to corporate greed.
On to the condo itself. Very nicely redecorated since our last visit. Only issue I found was that the balcony had peeling paint on the floor and it was also filthy. I get that it is Vegas and the winds are blowing dust and dirt everywhere at least once a day but I also saw cigarette butts on the floor of the balcony that should have been picked up by housekeeping if not never thrown there to begin with by some loser smoker. Sorry if I offended you smokers but in this day and age, knowing what we know about the hazards of smoking, not to mention the sheer cost of it, why would anyone choose to continue to a pariah when there are multiple ways to stop. So ends my PSA.
The «special needs» condo my quadriplegic relative was in was again ADA compliant but rather non functional for a person in a motorized wheelchair. The bathroom sink was not roll under so he had to side saddle his chair a bit with help from his caregiver. His wife had to rearrange furniture to make the bedroom and rest of the condo more accessible for him and his chair. This resulted in not being able to use the patio or the closet. They run into this all the time at hotels and other resorts so it was a minor inconvenience in their eyes but a glaring account of how most resorts have no idea what it takes to make a place accessible for the handicapped. They did say they would be interested in buying credits but I hadn’t heard how their presentation went as they did it on the last day of the visit.
Great WM resort in general but YMMV (your mileage may vary)

This is our 2^nd time we have been here this year. Christina & Murna at the desk where you get your parking pass are awesome. They remembered us from over a years time and past stays. I love this place.

I’ve been to about 10 WM locations. And this was is one of my top 3. The rooms all overlook the pool which is really nice. The lazy river is the best. There are 3 pools.
Only qualms. But the pool towels in the room again. Free wifi

I’ve stayed her multiple times and I’ve always been happy with my stay, the rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is fullly stocked with cooking supplies if you want to make a meal. Checking in has never been a hasssle as long as you dont let them bully you into going to the sales meetings, no means no people. My favorite part of this resort is the lazy river that’s where you’ll find me most of my stay. Looking forward to another great trip soon I hope…

I’m knocking one star for the WiFi limitations. free WiFi for only 2 devices? Terrible!
The hotel itself is great, We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious! I loved all the amenities, shuttle to the strip, 4 pools, a lazy river, jumbo chess area, billiards, ping pong, gym, study rooms, arcade, Starbucks! this place had everything!

We had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean and good size. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with all of your basics. You may need to bring a few extra baking things (i.e. muffin tin to make muffins/​cupcakes). There are several awesome pools (very kid friendly). They also have a play area with a jungle gym, a half basketball court, horseshoe pit, and a large outdoor chess set. Inside they have a spa, small game room, and a gym. They also have a small market, which has Starbucks Coffee and drinks available. The market also functions as a gift shop, and they have snacky foods and some toiletries.
I also appreciated that they did not push a presentation on us. They did make the attempt, but they did push once we said «no». The one con that I’d report, is the fact that we still have to pay for WiFi. It just doesn’t make sense to me. However, it’s not enough to give them the high rating that they deserve.

We Have visited several of Word Mark properties all over the world and this has been one of nicer properties. The rooms are staged with a very Modern Eclectic style and very comfortable. The kitchens allowed my husband to create a Gourmet Breakfast with the amply stocked pans, plates and utensils. The high ceiling were a big plus, it made the one bed room suite feel more like a home than a room in a hotel.

Another AWESOME gem in Vegas for Families. This place had it all to enjoy a fun filled and convenient experience for families but OFF the busy strip. And although its off the strip, the property is only a few miles from all the glitz and glitter.
The location is awesome. Close to the airport and outlet mall. Lots of family friendly restaurants in the immediate area. Convenient to the freeway for easy access if needed. You can either take the freeway to get to the strip or just simply roll into town on LV Blvd which the hotel is on.
Rooms are awesome. Clean, spacious and Full Size Everything. We got an awesome 2^nd floor room directly overlooking the lazy river pool, huge spa w island and gorgeous palm trees. Full kitchen w stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and all the pots, pans, silverware, dishes and blender for pina coladas.
The pools are wonderful. 4 different pools. The best being the middle pool with a large shallow 8″ area perfect for tanning while in the water. Lazy River with intertubes to float around and look at clouds as you go by. Huge spas with high waterfalls.
Front desk check in was prompt and friendly. Room service was fast and efficient. Timeshare guys were actually very pleasant and didnt push too hard when I said I wasnt going to their speel no matter what they offered me.
Loved the place. Perfect for FAMILIES.

If you’re NOT going to do be talked into a sales presentation, going to this resort will probably be fine. We agreed, and honestly, it was like being pressured at a used car dealership. They sent over a total of 3 reps and went over the time they had promised, which was a shame as we had made plans for later.
Not all of the staff were rude, but all it takes is a couple to ruin the experience and impression of a place. Some employees promised or offered certain incentives for going to the informational talk, then others tried to get money in exchange for the same offer. Some of the staff was rude, agressive, insulting, and pretty much called me and my fiancée’ liars. One guy, Scott, was cool and proffessional.
Most of the staff not pertaining to selling you membership was helpful and friendly. The resort is under construction now, but the other than that, the pools are nice. The gym isn’t huge, but they do offfer a complimentary shuttle to the strip.
So if you avoid the sales/​membership/​talk, you’ll probably be better off.

My friend allowed us to use her timeshare here for a 4 day stay in Vegas for a bachelorette weekend of 11 girls! She reserved two, 3-​bedroom suites and both came with full kitchen and two baths. I would say we would’ve fit in just one but we wanted the space. The rooms are super clean, updated, and super spacious. One room is the master with a king size bed and it’s own bath. The other two rooms share a bathroom, and one room with a queen bed and the other with two twins. There is also a pull out bed in the living room, not like a sofa bed but an actual bed that I heard was pretty comfy!
The resort is HUGE with all the amenities you can ask for. We mostly went to the lazy river during the day to hang out by the pool. We loved it there, plenty of space to lounge around and free tubes to use to float down the river. Cool business room with about 8 computers, free printing, and decent wifi in the resourt that’s free! Always a plus. I didn’t use the health facility but I peeked in there and they had everything you could think of. There is a shuttle that runs on the hour but last run was at 11:30pm and that’s pretty early in Vegas. It takes you to the strip (Monte Carlo) which is about 5 miles away, so I would say the most convenient thing to do is rent a car. I would give this place 5 starts if it was closer to the strip but I guess for those families who don’t mind being away this is the perfect place. Mostly families here, but even with a group of 11 girls we had a blast! Very friendly staff and I would definitely return.

I was lucky enough to use someone’s time share to spend 3 days in Vegas for my friend’s 21^st birthday. This was such an awesome hotel, and I felt spoiled the whole weekend!
Our room was on the top floor, and it was pretty much a one bedroom apartment with two queen sized beds, which was more than enough for the three of us. Also, there was a full kitchen, dining table, living room with a flat screen, fireplace, washer/​dryer, and a full bathroom. One of the beds was in the bedroom, and another was a murphy bed in the living room. There was also a balcony that looked over the pool, and had a dining table if you wanted to eat outside. It had more than enough of what we needed, and it was SO relaxing to just spend time in there.
This hotel has so many things to offer, and we only experienced a small bit of them. My favorite part of the hotel was the lazy river. The lazy river was separate from the pool, and had plenty of tubes for people to float around in. Seriously, it was so fun and relaxing to float around in circles in an inner tube, who would have thought?! Right next to the lazy river, there is the «Lazy River Market», which has a Starbucks, plenty of snacks and toiletries, and souvenirs. We definitely came here a few times during our time at the WorldMark! We briefly walked through the game room, which had a couple pool tables and arcade games, which would be so fun if you come here with kids. If you splurge and buy the WiFi, you will not be disappointed because it was very fast, and multiple people can use the same login.
I really loved the location of this hotel. It was not on the strip — actually, it was 10 minutes south of the strip. Although the strip is fun for awhile, it can get a bit draining, and it was nice to not actually stay ON the strip, and then just go during the night time. The WorldMark provides a free shuttle all day to and from the strip that takes you directly to the Monte Carlo hotel. The shuttles leave the WorldMark on the hour, and they leave from the Monte Carlo on the half hour. The first shuttle leaves at 10AM, and the final shuttle back to the WorldMark leaves at 1:30AM. However, there are a few hours mid-​day that the shuttle does not go, but you can find the schedule at the front desk! Once a day, they also provide a shuttle that takes you to the grocery store, which is super convenient for people who need the service! Overall, this was such a great experience, and I was so lucky to have the opportunity to spend the weekend here!

This was my first timeshare experience. My good friend invited me to stay with her. If you don’t feel like being out on the strip around all the drunken people. This is great for a peaceful Vegas alternative. I noticed a lot of families on the property.
What you get: a room, Air Conditioning, Full functional kitchen, washer and dryer, fireplace, BBQ and 2 TVs. Not bad. Oh, now lets talk about the amenities. Outside are 4 swimming pools and a couple of hot tubs. There is a gym and recreation room. You can borrow DVDs to watch. A mini market in the middle of the property, that serves Starbucks.
Shuttle service. Runs on the hour, takes you to the Monte Carlo. From there if you need to get further down the strip, I suggest walking across the street to MGM and catching the rail. Faster than taking a bus on the strip. Once a day, there is another shuttle that takes you to Vons grocery store. I hit up the Taco Bell in the same shopping complex and some groceries. Lastly, they provide you with an airport shuttle number if you ask, which cost me $ 9, rather than a taxi ride. Awesome!!!

My parents had nights to use for their timeshare and so they stayed here. My first impression: wow!
The room was like a fully furnished apartment. Fully equipped with utensils, plates, cups, etc. Even had a kitchen table that seated 6 I believe. Pretty spacious. There were 2 bedrooms. One had 2 twin beds and the other was a master bedroom with a huge bed! Plus, the room was super clean. So clean I could walk barefoot, but that didn’t happen. It’s off the strip, but still on Las Vegas Blvd., so a ride down to party strip would take no time at all. Loved staying here.
I didn’t interact with the staff. My parents did, however, and they said service was great. Somehow they managed to get free tickets to Madam Tussuad’s and a Gondola ride. Not bad if you ask me.
