Business Owner

Mr. Kenyon is the firm’s lead attorney for personal injury claims and litigation. He founded Yan Kenyon with the goal of helping injured people receive the compensation they are owed.

Mr. Kenyon has successfully tried several jury trials involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, animal attacks, and defective products. In addition to these types of cases, his practice includes all aspects of personal injury, including truck accidents, premises liability, wrongful death cases, spinal cord injuries, severe burn injuries, accidents involving children, and negligent security cases. Mr. Kenyon has also been appointed by the Nevada Supreme Court to serve on the attorney panel of arbitrators.
