Specialties
Zemskov Dance Academy offers a wide variety of classes for children and adults. From ballet to jazz and tap to contemporary to fitness and toning.
History
Established in 2012.
I am truly honored that you are considering Zemskov Dance Academy to serve you in the dance education. I strongly beleive that classical ballet provides the foundation for all other dance forms. It is the most demanding, most disciplined of all dance forms, but also the most rewarding. With a solid ballet foundation, classically trained dancers can transfer their skills into jazz, modern dance, or any other dance form they might decide to persue. Accomplishing that solid ballet foundation is crutial to becoming an outstanding dancer in any dance form. I am dedicated to quality teaching of classical ballet, using the russian method, based upon the Vaganova syllabus. I take special interest in making sure ballet never becomes physically harmfull nor boring, instead appropriately challenging students to be energetic, enthusiastic and most of all to have fun!
Sincerely,
Dmitry Zemskov– Artistic director.
