History

Established in 1999.

James Faddegon’s background is in Landscape Design, but he always had an interest in construction. He switched careers in 1999 and started his own remodeling company to pursue his desire to create homes that are both elegant and functional. His background in design has always helped him with composing projects, especially when it comes the layout of decks and outdoor living spaces.

I have always lived in the Capital District area and I love having a profession where I can make my hometown a more beautiful place to live for others. I worked for many years in our family owned landscape and garden center in Latham, NY in the design and sales department. Before I started my own contracting company, I apprenticed with another contractor for 2 years to learn the trade. After that, I started my own business in 1999 and have been active in the industry ever since.

When I am not working on your home, spending time with my family is my #1 priority.
