Oh, the differentiators for gas stations that impel one to actually Unilocal about them. Here goes: (1) restroom locked and requires you retrieve a key from the harried clerk. This is an *inside* restroom. (2) confused line and cashier management. (3) microcarwash sort of apologized to the dirt on my car before gently rubbing it ever so slightly, apparently not wishing to offend or displace said dirt. There are a lot of pumps so pull-in access is OK, as long as you’re headed Westbound on 2 right before the circle; otherwise difficult to get into. Update: I feel like a chump, realized when I checked my account and then looked at the receipt, they charge an extra 10 cents a gallon for using debit(and presumably credit) cards — not marked on the pump — AND on top of that an ATM card fee. I suspect sleaze. Strike that, I’m surrounded by it. Shaves that second star off and we’re back to one. I’d rather run out of gas than go back.
