Mr. Rooter Plumbing

Extremely overpriced. Quadruple the price of other plumbers in the area. I called them for a leaking faucet in my bathroom and they ended up charging me $ 650.

DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU DONT MIND LOSING TIME AND MONEY!!! had them come in August 2012 for plumbing work. Said they needed a part and would come back next day. Gave them$ 800.00 deposit. no show. called them and they put us by not coming. We called to say we were canceling the job and sent certified letter within 3 days to cancel. gave the 2 weeks to get our check back, no check. called them, said check in mail.2 more weeks nothing. called
check.then they didnt return calls. sent a letter from our attorney .they never responded. we had to take them to
before our court date, they called our attorney to get us a check. we said it had to be certified. they said no so we saw them at court. Judge said to try and cash check and if it was bad, come see him. we when to the bank it was drawn upon, NBT Bank, and cashed it. THIS PROCESS STARTED AUGUST AND ENDED DEC. 5^th!!! Had to take day from work to go to court in Saratoga.
