1 appetizer, 1 entrée, 2 margaritas and 1 desert $ 80.00! The trash can nachos very tasty but need to offer a smaller portion for 2. Steak fajitas Rice and beans and Cadillac Margaritas are ordinary, nothing special. I would go back for $ 40.00. Not worth $ 80.00, not even close!

Let’s just say this place was so delicious, awesome & friendly customer service, that we ate here 2 nights in a row for dinner! I had the chile verde enchiladas!!! One of the best foods I’ve ever had! My kids had the Pozole, which they loved and was very good also! The flavor they use for the rice is different but so good! The warm tortilla chips are salted with like a very mild seasoning, we couldn’t stop eating them till our meals came out. My family and I definitely enjoyed eating here & will definitely be going back when we visit Laughlin again!

Those nachos are so delicious! It was fun watching her make the guacamole at the table and learning the new secret ingredient! It was not cheap but was so delicious it was worth it! Great service!

I tried Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho inside of Harrah’s Hotel and Casino in Laughlin NV. The service was fantastic. We were seated right away and in the first 5 minutes, we had at least 4 people come to our table to greet us, bring us waters, take our order and again just to see if we needed anything. We ordered their Trashcan Nacho’s and a couple Margarita’s. Both were fantastic. The nachos come out to you in a mini metal pail resembling a miniature trashcan. They put everything on it you want and then bring it out. They then wiggle the can to get the smothered nachos to slide out of the bottom of the can. The presentation was really different and the taste was great. There was so much, we couldn’t finish them all, we didn’t even want to order an entrée only because we were already stuffed. I’m sure if we did, they would have been great as well! Our waiter Robert, gave us a brief history of the establishment, Guy Fieri, his family and the meaning of the ceiling and wall murals. It was just another piece of great service. I highly recommend this establishment and give their nacho’s a try, they are fantastic! The customer service is exceptional and even the manager was busy hustling around making sure the customers were always being taken care of. Thanks to our waiter, the Manager, and everyone else there, we were completely satisfied!

It is Mexican street food for 3x the price. Staff was great. I started working with the quacamole. It was good but needs salt and lime. Then I had the elotes or Street Corn as they call it. It was good but you can buy at any Mexican store or snack shop the same and better for $ 2.50 to $ 3.50 I paid $ 21 for fajitas… Bland fajitas. I ate one and left the rest. Again ok but not great and certainly not better than a Mexican place for $ 7. I had churros. They were good but again not worth the price and not as good as the local Mexican joints where they are filled inside. The churros was so large I took one passed and passed the rest to other dinners. Waste of money unless you have many people. Same with tacos for $ 1.50 each in any restaurant. These do not need to be $ 18 here. You are paying for Guy’s name. And if this is how he really cooks I would say he is a great restauranture(businessman) but terrible chef. I would throw down with him any day in the kitchen with my elotes, fajitas ect. Only 1 star for being super over priced for street food 3 stars for taste. Summary… Quality ingredients… Good but not great food… Outrageous prices for not as good as street food flavor. I paid $ 57 for guacamole, and corn, fajitas and dessert. Total in a real Mexican place $ 16

I was really happy we got a chance to go have dinner over here, my husband and I really loved it! We ordered Their shredded pork enchiladas with verde sauce and they were insanely good! The Guacamole was perfect and the chips were light and flakey. I ate way more than I should of. One of my boys ordered the chicken quesadilla and it was fantastic. I can’t wait to go back :) I did have a little problem and they quickly resolve it. The only thing is it was really hot in their. We were seated in the back. I wouldn’t suggest sitting back there and Our waitress was just ok we barely seen her. The bus boy really stole the show. It’s unfortunate he only gets 20% of the tips.

This is my second time eating here and I must say the food ISGOOD. The service is prompt, and staff is friendly. We ordered the cheese enchiladas, kids quesadilla(must ask for kids menu) and enchiladas de mole. I would recommend the cheese enchiladas over the mole enchiladas only bc it’s not real mole(it’s green salsa) however the taste is fresh and there is no wait in a twiddly evening. Order a margarita to your order to complete your dish:0) I will definitely come Back here.

Drunken fish tacos were off the hook *bada ching* First day was awesome. Sunday night had crappy service– 25 mins for a drink, 45 minutes for a cheese enchilada that was not ‘gooey’ cheese as noted, more like candle wax that had dried cheese… Jalapeño poppers were pretty good… But $ 14 for 3… Not really worth it for 4 people. It’s an okay place but not as legit as you would think for the sassy ass name…

We had our family reunion in Laughlin, 15 of us went to dinner there on Sunday. Food was tasty for the most part… service not so much. We asked for no tomato in the food there was tomato, it took over 20 minutes for 2 beers and waters to come to our table. We asked for the burritos to be wet… the waiter forgot and brought out the salsa out to the table. The salsa was cold and poured on the warm burrito. The tables around us were not cleaned up after the customers left. The food took a very long time to come out and was luke warm. And of course they added the automatic gratuity to our bills. Chips and salsa were very good!

The menu has been simplified and is now pretty much standard Mexican, but the food quality has improved. Still kind of pricey.

In a town that has very few options for eating out, this restaurant gets an extra star for the servers they have hired. I give the food three stars, and the servers five stars. We had an exceptional server(sorry…I can’t remember his name) when we came for dinner one night. He was very friendly and accommodating. We came back a few nights later to watch a basketball game at the bar and have a few drinks. Tanyia served us and besides serving great drinks, she is super nice! We also watched her cleaning the bar when the restaurant was getting ready to close and she was meticulous about it. She even explained why she was putting little paper cups over the tops of the pour spouts(we asked). The bar is super clean, the drinks are generous, and the service is awesome! The chips and salsa were good, and the food was passable. I would definitely go back if I was in the area. :)

Food was delicious, I would have never opted for nachos as dinner yet I read all this talk about the trash can nachos so decided to try em n I am beyond glad I did they were just perfect, delicious! Fiancé got the wet beef chile verde burrito n it was so tasty the service and ambiance was great very happy upbeat place, only thing I was a lil unhappy about was the patio seating was closed but aside from that great place and outstanding service with delicious food! Can’t wait to be back

This was the highlight of our anniversary trip. Our waiter Brad was top notch! The food was fresh & flavorful. We noticed there was no salt and pepper on the tables because the food has so much flavor you dont need it. I only WISH we had room left in our bellies for the Churros !

Ok I was wowed! No wait on a Thursday night. We were greeted by our hostess Peggy, she showed us several features of the restaurant(guys tattoo of his sister is on the ceiling) she gave us a nice booth. We received ice water w/lemon, and chips and salsa right away. So the chips are amazing, and the salsa was mild but full of flavor. We ordered the table side guacamole, it was probably the BEST guacamole I’ve had, our server Nelly was so full of information and took good care of us, she was great. We ordered the carne asada fajita’s, sizzling onion and peppers, as well as beans rice, sour cream, guacamole and salsa with warm tortilla’s Amazing!!! Also tried the Mexican corn, again loved it. Portions are large, you can share!

Celebrating a late birthday, but it was worth the wait to eat at Guy’s restaurant from service thru the whole meal experience. Our waiters were prompt, attentive and very informative. Chips & salsa to start were good and freshly made. I had a Sammy Hagar drink, hubby had coffee. Both were excellent. I ordered a combo platter to get a tasting of a number of dishes. The chicken mole was exceptional and so was the grilled fish. The el pastor taco was good but the pork was not as tender as I had hoped. Hubby had pork chili verde enchiladas. He barely spoke a word while he ate, always a sign of a good meal. We usually don’t have dessert but I was feelin nostalgic and order fried ice cream which came with 3 excellent sauces. We finished the whole thing and enjoyed every drop. Meal was a little pricey for being in a casino, but we would definitely go again!

We’ve been coming back to El Burro Burracho on a monthly basis now, and it just gets better and better! Trash can nachos – I love you! Made with five different cheeses and tossed to perfection so every bite is smothered in cheese. You will not want to share this meal with others, but you probably should because it’s enough for a meal for two. It’s garnished with pickled onions, thinly sliced fresh jalepenos, beans, pico de gallo and Guac. Presentation is on point and it comes out in a large metal tin can with the lid propped open and nachos peeking out(kinds like Oscar the Grouch)! Every chip is so smothered that it’s impossible not to get cheese on your fingers. Which, makes it okay to lick your fingers like a 5 year old. We ordered the fried ice cream… I’m telling you now – wear stretchy pants! My hubby loves ice cream and between four adults, there was half of it left. They set it on fire table side and the vanilla and sugar just fills the air with sweet goodness. It has a warm crispy outer shell with vanilla and a red caky ice cream in the center. You basically slice it like a cake it’s so big. It also comes with a dark chocolate, white chocolate and strawberry drizzle. By far one of my best meals at Guy’s. Can’t wait to go back in a few weeks.
