B&C Delectables is a full line catering service. We service from 2 to 200 for all types of events from corporate affairs to weddings. In addition, our bakery line has gotten outstanding reviews and offers everything from well decorated wedding cakes to our most popular — 3-​Flavor Poundcake which can be shipped anywhere in the country. History

Established in 1995.

Using my bakery skills during the holiday season, Thanksgiving and Christmas, of 1995 I managed to make enough money baking pies and cakes to buy everything I wanted to get for Christmas. From that my daughter came on board as Head Chef after leaving culinary school and B&C Delectables came into being. Since that time we have been catering events and providing baked goods for functions all around the DC-​Metro-​Baltimore area.

Business Owner

Cynthia founded B&C Delectables along with her daugther Briana CaBell. She contributes her business knowledge, supervisory skills from acquiring a MBA from Strayer University, and her baking ability through years of practice. The demand for decorated cakes prompted her to attend several classes at a local bakery to hone those skills. Cynthia’s ultimate goal is open a brick and mortar bakery and coffee shop within the next year in the DC area.
