My experience was really honorable at this shop, both husband and wife like to scream about everything. I went to get a counter top granite to fix my kitchen, the owner Manny was very nice at the beging and we left the shop leaving him a deposit, once we gave our deposit the guy become so rude and screaming on the phone before the job being preformed and telling me his busy and don’t even call me back. Please be aware what he writes on the invoice because he writes allover the page
to confuse people however he doesn’t have a knowledge of granite because he is a middle guy. He has everything displayed in his shop but the actual work is done by other company also located in Laurel. The Kashmir floors guy makes a commission. Everything went wrong, I was told no sime, the type of the sink and the measurement went wrong and he wasn’t bother to fix anything. I have decided to remove and have other company’s to preform the job however the owner of the actual company name Mo which is a very nice guy preformed the service, he came out to correct everything but I end up having a counter top with the sime. When all this happened, I placed a stop payment on check, all this time no phone call to follow up however as soon as they find out the stop payment of the check I get phone call every day. Didn’t bother to appolzized for his mistake but blaming the company. The company didn’t do anything wrong because I took a copy of the invoice and all the mistake was from him.
I finally decided to pay in full and mail the check. Both husband and wife are not professional. Stay a way from this place if you are looking for professional service.

I give this place 5 stars for service, professionalism, and affordability. We recently contacted Kashmir to install LVT flooring in our kitchen (after a scheduling mishap with another vendor). Not only did Kashmir provide the work, but they scheduled us in as quickly as possible, did an excellent job, and the price was very affordable! I will totally be using this company again and will definitely recommend them to others.

Kashmir Carpet & Floors installed 800 sq. ft of luxury vinyl tile in my basement and laundry room. They also carpeted the basement stairs. I could not be more pleased. I found beautiful products at Kashmir Carpet and Floors, at a price that compared favorably with online retailers. Mani’s product knowledge and communication were great, and the interval from ordering to installation was much shorter than another store I consulted. The installation was outstanding, with neat, professional, attractive transitions from one type of flooring to another. Mani also arranged for a drywall repair at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use Kashmir Floors again.
