Something is always broken here. From the card machine maker to the atm machine. It’s so annoying to drive 20 minutes and not be able to do what you have to do.

Need another ATM or TWO … most times long lines. Yes and inside, the tellers are very courteous and fast. I like it because its so convenient to transfer funds to my daughter who is in Hawaii (I got account b/c of her having one;) Please consider adding another machine or two (for deposits) or other locations — which surprises me you do not have one near Ft. Meade off 175 or in Arundel Mills area!

I’ve been a member since 1980. Because I worked as a civlian with the Department of the Navy, it made sense for me to open an account there. All my business trips were to Naval Installations, so wala, NFCU at all the places I traveled. Good rates and doesn’t charge as high for fees, in many case no charge. Now that I’m retired, it seems hard to find a branch or ATM. But I’ve been loyal to them and with the internet, it is easy to transfer funds from any NFCU account to another bank. This place has something that the other NFCU branch doesn’t…a coin counter. Wow, finally, I can get rid of all my loose change.

This bank would be more convenient with more locations. Now that I have gotten my compliant out I will have to say I ALWAYS receive the speediest service at this bank and furthermore, at this location.
The tellers are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and I am always in and out.
Its a shame I cannot close my USAA account because Navy Federal is definitely the bankers dream come true.

This Navy Federal Credit Union is sandwiched in between Staples and Five Below and if you don’t pay attention, you’ll miss it. I went on a Saturday which i know is most likely their busiest day so the line was long but it moved fairly quickly so it wasn’t bad. Also they have a coin machine in the lobby that we used for some coins we had been saving since forever and it automatically gets deposited into your bank account once you’re done and it’s FREE. Customer Service was very good and the place was clean. I really like NFCU and I’m thinking about closing my Wells Fargo account and being with just NFCU. If you’re not a member and can join I suggest you do. Credit unions are better than Banks anyway.
