Three stars for good food and an always clean environment. Sadly the customer service at this location costs it a higher rating. Definitely leaves something to be desired.

My boyfriend really likes this restaurant so I wanted to surprise him with lunch. I stopped in and picked up 2 Fresh Fruit Spinach Salads to go. At $ 8.29 a piece you would think it would have been overflowing with fruit, NOT!!! There was what amounted to approx. 1 small apple of fruit, a few pecans, very little blue cheese and barely any bacon atop a handful of spinach. What a waste of money. Maybe the noodle bowls are better but I don’t think I will ever return to find out. Horrible experience!

Noodles and company is one of my favorite restaurants but today’s experience made me want to never return. I ordered the Indonesian pasta, beyond dry, no flavor, no spice. Pasta was white! A big waste of money! I would never return to this location. What a big disappointment.

Horrible. Please, do yourself a favor and go to a noodles & company that actually cares about the food they are serving. I just ate bland pesto. Bland. Don’t go.

We have always been N&O fans so this location close to our home was exciting for us. Everyone we interacted with was great. So friendly and helpful. They even made us laugh a few times. Good crown of staff members. As for the food, we were quite happy with the dessert. The snicker doodle cookies and the chocolate chip cookies were moist and seemed freshly made. They are bigger than average cookies, so it definitely shareable if you had to share… although I still wouldn’t want to! FYI: The rice crispie treats were so amazing that they ran out before we got there. The meals were ok, seemed a bit dry. I had the Bangkok Curry with chicken. I am used to curry drenched in sauce, so was slightly disappointed when I couldn’t even see the sauce in this dish. My husband had the Indonesian Peanut Sauté. He liked it but agreed it was also a bit dry. Next time, we are ordering extra sauce! Bottom line, the nice staff plus the dessert is worth going back to!

Really enjoyed my visit. Brand new store. Great customer service. Shiny and clean. I ordered the kids meal for portion control and received broccoli I would never have ordered on my own. Give it a try if they let you

I love Noodles but this location is horrible. The vegetables are not fresh. We added chicken and couldn’t find but a tiny piece in either meal. The food does not even taste the same as a regular Noodles. It’s like a gross knock off of the real thing. Noodles should shut this place down as it will certainly ruin their reputation.

Something told me to look at my food before I left the restaurant. But I was tired and hungry. I ordered a dish with shrimp and they did not add the shrimp. This is not the first time they got my order incorrect. If you come here, make sure you check your to-go order. sigh… I’ve should’ve read everyone’s review before coming here…

It was… OK…We ordered 3 at the beginning, and added one more when we see the serving size. Overall their noodles taste salty, but OK.

zero stars because we walked in the door and the smell of raw sewage was so overwhelming we couldn’t even stand it long enough to order. We walked out. Unilocal didn’t allow me to give zero stars.

I go to Noodles & Company at least once a week because I work close to one. I love them and College Park location is always nice and on point. Once I saw that one was opening close to me I was super excited. However this has to be the worst Noodles & Company ever. I have been here before when they first opened and the food was not good. I chalked it up to them being new and getting used to things. This past weekend I decided to try them out again(4÷4÷15). When we went in the place smelled so horrible even my son complained of the smell. I had to leave because I am not purchasing food from a place that smells like they have rotting food somewhere in the back. What amazed me is that the people working acted like it was a normal smell. No way will I be visiting this location ever again.

Inattentive service. Atmosphere smelled of old food, tons of dirty tables. Asked for a drink, didnt get a cup. The servers were unwelcoming. Food was just ok. Limes were hard and dry. Also extremely hot. Probably wont be returning.

I felt like the young girl cashier wanted me to feel stupid because I was not familiar with the menu. It was my first time there. The food was mediocre at best. I hold an Associate degree in the Hospitality industry and have owned my own restaurant. Every business has to rely on repeat business to succeed, if not, when they are done pissing off all the people in town they can then close their doors because they will be out of customers. …to piss off. There are too many restaurants close by that serve quality food without an attitude then for me to ever waste my money there again. I complained on the Noodles website but never even got a robotic response.

We have been eating here since this location opened, but will not be back. At first the food was hot, fresh, and the staff very happy to serve. It has been steadily going down hill since. On the last visit, the food and dining room were both cold, cold enough that the cheese would not melt even after mixing it in. Separate of the food not being warm enough to eat, the dining room was a mess. To our shock, we observed a member of the kitchen staff spill soda in the floor and leave it. It was still there when we left, 30 minutes later. Worst, when we mentioned the complaints, the young-lady we told said she would«let the manager know» and left. We never heard back. For your comfort and safety, I’d recommend that you go anywhere else. You likely will not find a warm, comforting bowl of noodles here.

Ahhhh… just OK. If one is hungry and no other place to go for a change of atmosphere.

This location may be brand new but it could take some lessons from the Columbia location. While the layout of the establishment and the staff are warm and welcoming, we had a rather silly experience with food. My dish of steak straganoff was delish as always. My wife is not impressed they changed their Tuscan Linguini dish to Freca. She requested the old recipe with Parmesan chicken. My daughter ordered the bacon mac and We had an app of the garlic cheesy bread. The garlic bread was amazing as usual and came to the table with my and my daughter’s dishes. We had to send back my daughter’s bacon mac as it was plain mac and cheese. By now, the Columbia location would have served all our food perfectly. Another few minutes and my wife gets her dish. It still isn’t quite the same recipe but close enough for her to enjoy. My daughter’s dish comes back with crumbled blue cheese and buffalo sauce on it. I walk it to the counter and explain that the bacon mac has bacon and crumbled meatballs. A waitress comes back several minutes later and asks me if we want the crumbled meatballs in the dish?! I said the bacon mac is bacon and crumbled meatballs. So, yes, please. Several more minutes pass and the correct dish appears with what appears to be extra meatballs crumbled into it. Additional disappointment: no Smolder from Boulder spicy seasoning.

Well, this is what I get for going to a place without checking Unilocal first but I’ve never had a bad experience at a Noodles & Company before so the thought never crossed my mind. I love Noodles & Company but I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this location. My boyfriend ordered Bangkok Curry noodles with pork and Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. I ordered Pesto Cavatappi with Parmesan crusted chicken and a side Caesar salad. On the plus side, the location is clean but it’s also fairly new. My chicken was hot and tasty. That is what the one star is for. As for the rest of the food, it was all cold. We had to send the Mac & cheese back. I was too starving after waiting almost 30 minutes for them to bring our food to the table to fuss about my lukewarm(mostly cold) and undersauced noodles since the chicken was good. They forgot my salad(which should have arrived before my entrée) and brought it to the table haphazardly and undersized. My boyfriend’s second Macaroni was hot but undercooked and lacking flavor. My noodles were undercooked as well. His Bangkok Curry was also undersauced and lukewarm. Even the coke freestyle machine seemed to be almost out of everything(which may or may not be their fault). The way our food was brought to us was also rude. The servers just kind of slid our food on the table with no attention or care. Outside of the lackluster food, it was FREEZING in there. The weather was around 43 degrees outside and raining but it was freezing in the restaurant. I don’t understand the reason behind such terrible service and disappointing food. They seemed fully staffed but still extremely slow(perhaps because only one person was cooking). This is a new town center and I don’t think it’s good for the company to have a terrible chain in such a populous location. I don’t think this experience will stop me from eating Noodles & Company but I will definitely be more selective.

Like others, I had high hopes for this location because of great dining experiences at other locations. And like others, I was extremely disappointed. I went to their soft opening night, and almost everyone in the party had to deal with tasteless, undercooked noodles. I went again today for lunch, and was hoping things have improved, only to be let down again. Some key points to note why this location stinks: — Service is completely lackluster. Everyone I encountered, from the person taking my order to the person I bumped into at the soda fountain, each looked like they hated their jobs and would have given anything to be anywhere else by there. — The food wasn’t well-prepared and enjoyable. My man’s noodles came out cold, and when he asked them to heat it up, the people behind the counter seemed to get into it with each other, and someone ended up reluctantly cooking him a new dish. His second try ended up steaming hot, and ridiculously salty. My Pad Thai looked looked completely unappetizing, which is mind-boggling… Isn’t there some standard to which these dishes are followed in preparation? We tried the«Thai Hot Pot» which was disappointing, and essentially a larger version of the Thai Curry soup. Skip that one, folks. I’m hoping this place really pulls itself together. If not, it’s taking up valuable space that another quality restaurant could really use in this brand new shopping center!

Well my sis in law suggested this place as she has had it before. Went to get my new glasses and saw this new place and my husband said let’s try. We ordered the potstickers, Thai hot pot and the steak and stroganoff. I will star by saying the place has a cool vibe. Very friendly menu board. The cashier try to upsell us and I appreciate that as a business minded person. Food was brought to the table and server was kinda friendly. But the food was subpar. –potstickers were ok –stroganoff didn’t taste like stroganoff at all more like a simple pasta dish with steak on top that was not well seasoned –thai hot pot was not hot at all in any semse of the word, was lukewarm and not spicy. Made me sad cuz I had higher expectations. Almost no noddles in this dish. Noddles are inexpensive so please put more. That’s it! So long noddle & company

I’m rating this location NOT the company overall. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but how many chances can I give(been here 4 times). I frequently go to other Noddles and Company and they all have been constant with the appearance of the food. Can’t say they same about the Laurel location. When it comes to the Chicken Ceasar Flatbread they just can’t get it right and because of this I rather go to a different restaurant near by. The sandwich was put together poorly(see photo I attached), hair was in my order in the past. Placed a pick up phone order and when I got there the staff did not even acknowledge that I was standing in front of them and the order was incorrect. I understand that they just opened but Nandos Peri Peri just opened and I would give them a 5 star rating.
