Your Eyebrow Threading

I ‘ve gone to see Mamata two times now. I was looking for someone in Laurel. She is super sweet. She does a great job. My eyebrows look great. Pls check her out and she’s only $ 10 bucks. Yes:)

Had my brows done after a really long time and was nervous it would turn out bad. But Mamata did a great job! I explained how I liked my brows and showed her a picture. She listened very attentively and made it come true on my brows. My brows were on fleek for a month till my hair started growing back. Definitely going back to get it done again. The place is a little hard to find but that’s why we have google maps! The experience was literally painless.

My eyebrows have never looked better. Friendly, professional, affordable, and extremely precise!

Really good eyebrow lady. She is fairly priced and it doesn’t hurt when she does your eyebrows. She does a really good job and I definitely will come back again.

The place is a little bit difficult to find but she does an awesome job. Hina did my eyebrows and it did not hurt at all. Trust me I have had my share of threading done. She is very professional. I explained to her what I wanted done and she did it. After the first eyebrow was done she showed it to me. The place is clean as well. I have finally found an eyebrow place that I will be returning too.

Very clean, and I loved that she only used the thread, no tweezers. Will come back and with the incentive card, I have more reason to.

I am glad I came across this gem in Laurel! She is quick, efficient, personable, and I love that the business is located in Salon Plaza. The single section gives you privacy, unlike getting your brows done in a nail salon. I like that her prices are displayed.
She’s good at what she does… I’m a client now.

Very nice lady. She actually did better then most of the woman that ever did my eyebrows. I was able to explain what I wanted and she delivered. She also gave me a membership card 5 visits get 1 free. That’s always Nice!!!

Wow, that was prolly the most painless experience I’ve ever had! She’s friendly, quick and not rough like the others I’ve been to. I wish she was closer to me, but I wouldn’t mind driving down here at all from time to time!

I live in Arlington and drive ALL THE WAY to Laurel for this service! I’ve been in the dmv area for 3.5 years and could never seem to get my eyebrows done as well as when I lived in NY. I stumbled upon this place one Sunday and the rest is history! My eyebrows are soooooo nice when I leave here! Mamata is super nice! You also get a punch card for 1 free service after 5. It’s a small little shop that you’d certainly miss if not looking, but I encourage you to look for this place. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I wasn’t sure where it was because the Directions button tells you that it’s after Chuckee Cheese on the left of it. It’s inbetween Chuckee Cheese and Shoe City tucked in the corner. You go in the Salon Plaza (a place where independent hair/​nails/​etc rent spaces) and once you enter you see a reception desk at the front. Make a right once you enter and then make a left and then your first left in the little hallway– suite 126. You can also ask the reception desk.
The space is like an small office space with it’s own door. Has a bench and two reclining salon chairs, and big mirror on the wall with a countertop. There is also a big banner of the prices, the prices are comparable to the other places I’ve been to. $ 10 eyebrows and $ 7 upper lip. They also do henna tattoo and price is between $ 5-​$ 20.
I was a walk-​in and it was my first time here. Mamata was the one there. She’s nice. When she did the first eyebrow she gave me a small mirror to look at and let’s you to check. Same with the right. I always forget when and how to place my fingers to help spread my skin, so when I placed it wrong– she moved it for me.
She asks if I wanted cream or oil to finish and I declined buy asked if I was sure.
You can pay with a credit card, she enters the info on a mini tablet and you can also add tip (she’ll ask you) and there are buttons on the screen to choose tip amount and you can enter an email or your number for a receipt. You sign at the end. She gave me her card and on the back is the frequent buyer special offer– 5 eyebrows and you get next free!

There’s really no way around the pain that is eyebrow threading, but Mamata and Bimala make the experience as close to pleasant as humanly possible. I’m tender-​browed (like tender-​headed) if that’s a thing, and they’re both very light-​handed and precise.
In addition to that, every 6^th appointment is free! That definitely keeps me coming back.

If two words can describe Mamata they would be: Brow Savior. You can tell thatshe really knows what she is doing and thatt she takes pride in making sure the job is done correctly. She asks you about what you want and also makes sure you are happy with your first brow before she begins your second brow.
My eyebrows looked amazing. I couldn’t be happier. You know how right after you get them done you only really look at them for a second and think «oh that’s ok» until you get home and finally notice that half your eyebrow is missing (true story)? That is not the case at all with Mamata. They looked great while at the studio and looked even better when I got home. There were no weird strays or ingrown hairs. My eyebrows looked amazing. It was probably the first time in a long time I left the brow studio and felt even better about my brows as more time went by.

Mamata did a phenomenal job arching and threading my eyebrows. Definitely coming back. She is very knowledgeable and provided tips for maintaining the look I was going for. The shop was clean and Mamata was very professional.

2÷2÷2016: Mamata is fabulous. I’ve been looking for an affordable place to go to get my eyebrows threaded and I found it with Mamata. She’s personable, friendly, and patient. She is meticulous with her work and takes the time to ensure that you are happy with your brows. Like other reviewers, the frequent customer card is great – 5 visits and the 6^th is free! I got my eyebrows done here 2 weeks ago after reading the great Unilocal reviews. I must say my brows are still fabulous, very minimal hair growth has returned. This is definitely my new brow place. If you’re looking for someone who will take care of your brows and listen to your concerns this is definitely the place for you! At the end of service I received a special offer card, after 5 brow sessions you receive the 6^th free, great incentive!

Bimala did my eyebrows today for first time there, and can I say she is AMAZING! She is extremely thorough and pays attention to detail like no other. This was one of my best eyebrow threading experience. This is going to be my new place here on as long as I live in DMV. I highly recommend this place. Bimala works only Wednesdays and Fridays.

Praise Unilocal!My former threader dumped me like a bad habit. I mean she dropped me like a dirty piece of meat. Okay not literally. But I did walk into her shop a few months ago to find out after a 5 year relationship she left and ran to Cali without one darn word. Yes I’m in my feelings! But like any tragic love story there is always a knight in shining armor to the rescue. However in my case it was a she :) Mamata hooked my eyebrows UP! They were looking pretty bad during my mourning period. She was very thorough and made sure you liked the results. I’m also happy she’s walking distance from my home. I will be able to do drive-​by anytime I prefer! I see a great relationship developing.

So I found this place while getting my hair done in the same plaza and decided to try since I’m one to try things at least once in the hunt for someone to equate to my eyebrow lady in Miami. I have to say that Mamata is by far the best eyebrow place I have gone to in the pat 5 years. I have tried at least 7 different places since I left florida from California to now Maryland. Mamata gets my business from now on as long as I live in Maryland and I will highly recommend her. She is quiet spoken and polite pays attention to the details.

After searching for a new eyebrow threader near me online, I found Your Eyebrow Threading. Mamata is excellent and has precise threading skill. She also took the time to talk about my natural eyebrow shape and how she shaped them to allow for growth where a little more fill in was needed. She also went a step further and used my eyebrow pencil to demonstrate how to best achieve symmetry of my brows. I look forward to her services again. Fantastic service!
