All-​Dry of the Carolinas, Inc. was established by John Mitchell and his wife in a small office & warehouse and office at 432 Church Street in Laurens, South Carolina, in September, 1991.

For over 15 years, All-​Dry of the Carolinas, Inc. has been fixing its residential and commercial neighbors’ wet Columbia basements, dirt crawl spaces in Spartanburg, and foundation repair in Greenville and other parts of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

They are proud members of the Upstate South Carolina Better Business Bureau, Western North Carolina Better Business Bureau, Better Business Bureau of Columbia, and the Better Business Bureau of Charlotte for our fantastic basement waterproofing solutions. We have been honored as a four-​time winner of the Gold Star Award from the Upstate South Carolina Better Business Bureau.

We are also members of the Homebuilders Association of Greenville and the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce.
