Kathy and Mark are great! Cheaper prices and amazing service, what more could you want? We had our actuator replaced, pump seals replaced, pop ups serviced, and did an acid wash. couldn’t be more satisfied! We will be going to Sea Turtle exclusively from now on.

I am so happy I found Sea Turtle. I have struggled to take care of my pool for quite some time. I hired them to service my pool once a week and my pool looks fantastic! Their pool service guy is wonderful! He is very kind and very knowledgeable. They stay on top of my filter cleans and regularly check my system. They always contact me if they see a problem and give me the best prices to get anything done! Plus, it’s great that they have stationary locations so if anything happens I have a direct business to call and they are right there to walk me through it or they send someone to help! They are a blessing. If you want your pool to be taken care of properly, this is the company you want!

Mark and Kathy are wonderful! I am so glad Sea Turtle opened up, I started to use them vs Leslies as they are much cheaper on all their supplies. Plus they do maintenance and repairs. I needed lots of work done, found a few surprises and I had Mark add on more to fix. The acid wash/​tile cleaning was incredible, I had a nasty calcium line built up. Mark and Kathy talked me through many maintenance tips both at my house during the work, and back in the store when I had to pick up supplies. They are local and I am happy to have them around!

Well I have been going to Leslies for 7 years, and I am done with them! I needed to get my pool filters cleaned and last time I was at Leslies I was SCOLDED, because I hadn’t had them done with in 6 months. So I went to Sea Turtle. Booked my appointment, told them what I needed. Firstly Sea Turtle is CHEAPER for getting your filters cleaned, buy $ 30, bye bye Leslies. They offer you cheaper alternatives to doing things. And when the young man came to do my filters, he had the wrong ones with him, Don’t worry Maam I will be back with the right ones. Yes he was and he also brought some treats for my dogs. They all knew what they were talking about and didn’t treat me like an Idiot, like Leslies has done on many occasion. Every one do yourselves a favor, and go see Kathy and her staff, they treat you like a real person.

We made a appt. 2 weeks in advance for the owner to come out and show us how to properly operate our pool. 2 hours after he was to come by we called him and were informed he was running late but yet did not have the courtesy to call and let us know since we had another apt elsewhere that we had to be too. We paid for cleaning with spa included, paid 2 weeks in advance. After the girl who cleaned the pool left we noticed that the spa nor pool had been vacuumed. The next day we went into the store and that same girl was there and when she was questioned about it she stated that the do not vacuum spa’s but we were being charged additional for the spa. So we paid 100.00 for a month for someone to put chemicals in our pool. I will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone else.

I purchased some pumice stone from Sea Turtle when I was in Phoenix for a quick cleaning job. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and offered reasonable prices and a smile. Seems to offer a variety of other services as well to suit local needs.
