This review is for Kahili Mountain Park cabin rentals which is associated with the School. The road up to the cabins could be likened to rough and ready roller coaster ride, without the security of knowing the ride is under mechanical control. A little filling of some of the huge pot huge could be used. Once at the cabin the peace and serenity were almost palpable. The quiet grandeur of the watchful mountain gazing down at you was something to wonder at. The roaming ducks, chickens, colorful pheasants and other wild birds filled the air with sweet cheerful melodies. We stayed in their nicest cabin which was still slightly rustic, but had all the basic amenities of a home which made staying in for meals fuss free. The screened lani (porch) was a lovely attachment. The nights were refreshingly cool and the view of the sun rising in the morning resplendent. I did miss my nightly hot tub/​pool at a traditional resort, but was still more than satisfied. The view from our cabin could have been at the foot of a mountain in Africa’s Congo for the wonderful remote feeling it possessed.
