Have used both smog check and registration service, effective very polite and fast, been coming here for years and when I need this services I think of CABUTO TEST ONLY because they save me time from going to the DMV and are excellent at smog, been referring friends and family members and will continue to do so, and all happy with this business been told they also referred people here.

I don’t even know where to begin.
I’m so disgusted by their so called customer service!
These people were so rude and unprofessional, I’m never coming here again.
They will still charge a smog even if it fails!
All I have to say to them is Vaffanculo!
And I do not recommend them to anyone!

For years my family has been bringing our business to Cabuto and will continue doing so, because he has great prices and best thing of all, he’s honest. He’ll get you in and out when you’re in a hurry, but most of time, I just hangout there, because he’s super friendly and just a great guy to chit chat with. The fact that he does DMV registrations saves me a lot of headaches of dealing with the DMV.

Price was reasonable and everyone here is friendly and honest. They also provide services like dmv registration, transfer of title, etc (for a fee)
I think it’s pretty lame that the only other reviewer gave them one star because the station gave them a recommendation for repair. So what. People do much worse things and driving above the speed limit and lots of things are illegal, get off your high horse. Or become a cop if you’re that uptight.
I’m not even sure it’s true, I know it’s illegal for s test-​only to perform repairs, but to give a recommendation? People should quote the exact law rather than just make accusations

I used this station years ago because it was my first time needing a SMOG test for my registration. The price was decent and came with a free re-​test.
My complaint was that I did not pass the test and the tech running the station that day gave me a business card of a repair shop to go to so I could pass on my re-​try. What I did not know at that time is that referring a car owner to a repair shop is ILLEGAL for Test-​Only stations to do! If I had know I would have reported them, but I did not realize it until my next smog check a couple years later.
I will not be going back just for that. I don’t do places that don’t follow good practice.
