I’ve been to Camacho’s for a fancy up-​do hairstyle twice now. Both times I made very last minute appointments and they were able to take me. You can bring in a photo of what you’d like or pick from one of the many books they have on the counter. Rebecca was the stylist who did my hair the most recent time and she was wonderful. Up-​dos start at an amazingly reasonable $ 35. The salon is very small; one chair for ladies and 2 chairs for men (it’s also a barber shop). Parking can be a challenge as well, but there is a residental street just past the strip center which works for overflow.
The two times I got my hair done there were for a military ball and for going to the Magic Castle. But at their prices, you could get a super fancy hair style for a random date or night on the town.
Price, quality, flexibiltity and friendliness give Camacho’s Barber Shop & Beauty Salon 5 stars!
