The Law Office of Jeff Jung focuses primarily on immigration law, as well as related legal and paralegal services. We assist people seeking to enter or remain in the United States through family-​based petitions and defend individuals in Removal Proceedings before the Immigration Court, as well as those who have suffered persecution in their home country and seek asylum in the United States.

History

Established in 2014.

After years of working with a non-​profit law firm, assisting to defend immigrants against removal from the United States, I started my own law firm with the goal of defending immigrants’ rights and helping people to come and remain in the United States legally.

Business Owner

Before pursuing my legal studies, I earned a Masters and Doctorate in English at the University of California, Los Angeles. I have taught classes in literature and composition for many years, and those teaching and writing skills are crucial in my work as an immigration attorney.

I also spent many years traveling throughout Mexico, which is how I became proficient in Spanish and worked from time to time as an interpreter and translator.

Prior to opening my own practice, I was an Accredited Representative for the Vail Center for Immigrant Rights where I represented many individuals before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (immigration court) and successfully won their right to remain in the United States.

Now, as an immigration attorney I have put all my experience from different parts of life together to help people achieve their goals in visiting or becoming a citizen of the United States.
