I needed help and went to their other store in Hawthorne, Ca. After much confusion, I was sent to this Lawndale location. What a breath of fresh air!!!
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and honest.
In was sold the right phone and had my info updated (which I was told earlier, I was out of luck.)
