Ever since I was a little girl, I have hated visiting the dentist. As a child, they used to sedate me to get me to the dentist… so I avoided the dentist for about 10+ years until one night my tooth pain was so excruciating, I had to go see a dentist ASAP.
My brother recommended this office so I got the earliest appointment available, and let me tell you, I am no longer afraid of the dentist. Got a root canal, and in the process of getting a permanent crown, and I have not felt any pain or discomfort. All my procedures have been smooth and virtually painless. The staff here is extremely sweet. Dr. Shaw and Dr. Wicorek have been outstanding. I can’t wait to go back for all the rest of my dental work.

I was recommended Pacific Blue Dental over 1 month ago and I have been extremely pleased with there professional service extremely friendly staff and Dr. Wicorek is incredible! I can’t thank you all enough for such a completely satisfied experience! I have had an exam and teeth cleaning from Patty who was absolutely incredible and very professional and knowledgable. I had a crown down by Dr. Wicorek and it’s amazing. My family goes there now and I would recommend this place to anybody. I’m petrified of the whole dental experience well not anymore. Thank you Pacific Blue Dental for making my visit to the dentist a good one. You all are rock stars in my book!

I’m not afraid of a visit to the dentist but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Pacific Blue Dental. From the moment I walked into the facility I was greeted with a smile and a inviting demeanor from the staff. Dr. Wick was amazing he confirmed what other dentist would not and was very easy to speak with. I think I have found my permanent dental office.

I have had excellent service here for the last 11 years. The staff is friendly. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. I have had a couple of fillings and have had the most experience with Dr. Wicorek. He has always been very thorough. I have also had thorough cleanings from the dental hygienists. I feel very lucky to have discovered Pacific Blue Dental when I first moved to the South Bay and will continue to go there for future years to come!

«All I want for Christmas is my one front tooth.» And thanks to Pac Blue Dental, I do! I needed a front tooth implant due to a boxing injury. I was terrified that the implant would totally look fake. The whole process was complex (tooth extraction, bone grafts, lots of stitches), but the entire team made me feel at ease — even after bone graft #2. I could not have asked for better dental care. I now have the smile I want and the dental team to help me maintain it.

Pacific Blue Dental is the best! I have been coming here for years, and every experience I have had has been extremely positive. My dentist, Dr. Wicorek, is so gentle and he has such a nice, calm demeanor that he puts my mind at ease and I never get nervous no matter what the procedure. He is the best dentist and I highly recommend him to anyone! The staff at Pacific Blue Dental is extremely professional and everyone is so friendly and wonderful! I have had many various procedures done here – fillings, crowns, root canals, cleanings, wisdom teeth removal, veneers, etc. – and I am so thankful for this dentist office. I am a chicken when it comes to dental procedures but I never get nervous anymore because I know I am in good hands. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone! Pacific Blue Dental deserves an A++++!!!

I have got to rave about my experience with this practice.
My two year old had two cavities and Dr. Kang and his staff made what could have been a severe trauma for us into a perfectly smooth, painless procedure.
First Maria took X-​rays of his little teeth which she made look easy… then Dr. Kang came in and took a look. He explained what needed to be done and gave us a couple of options. We chose to have a mild sedative given to our son before his fillings so that he would be more relaxed and would not remember the procedure as sometimes toddlers don’t like to have dental work done.
Anyway, we showed up for the procedure early in the morning and they gave our son a little syrup (the sedative). We walked him into the room and he reclined on a board and they put velcro straps on his lower arms so he could not move too much, then they began the fillings. I was really impressed by Dr. Kang’s soothing manner and patience throughout the procedure. Yes, our son cried and wiggled but Dr. Kang was really gentle and just quickly got the fillings done. After about 30 minutes, they were done and our son was in his car seat falling asleep on the way home. He woke up a couple hours later and was still a little wobbly when he ran but did not remember the fillings at all. He just remembered the «nice toys» in the waiting room. The fillings were perfect, by the way. They look like his natural teeth. You can not even tell that a filling was done.
I was also super impressed with Dr. Wickorek, the dentist who has been there for like 20 years. He is absolutely another 5 star dentist.

Less stars! I went back today because I was in an immense amount of pain after my previous ordeal. I went back and apparently the moron who put my wires and rubber bands on put the wires in incorrectly, she placed the top one on the bottom and the bottom on the top and still managed to flip them around.
The orthodontist manipulates the wires to make the teeth move to the desired location. Imagine having a customized pair of shoes made then putting them on the wrong foot… and walking in them all day! That’s basically what this broad did to my teeth. My gums were beyond sore.
I was livid. If that girl doesn’t get fired that place is going to implode. I have to go back next month… if she comes near me I’m going to scream bloody murder.

It was a rocky road to start with them since Dr. Cohen. I enjoy his business as a customer services they have. I enjoy having Dr. Kang. He a great guy and he know what he talking about. I hope he stays for a long while. He did my fillings like in 15 mins almost pain free.
I will come back to him for any dental needs.
