At South Jersey Fitness, we push our clients to the extreme in every aspect of our training. Our specialized workouts combine Cardio Kickboxing, Bosu Ball, Kettlebell and Bootcamp style training. We offer high and low impact classes designed for beginner, novice and advanced fitness enthusiasts. New workout routines are implemented on a weekly basis to keep you challenged and motivated.

History

Established in 2010.

We have been in fitness industry for years under a different name and in 2010 we expanded and changed our name to South Jersey Fitness.

Meet the Business Owner

Tariq E.

Business Owner

Tariq has a degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University. Prior to graduating in 1994, Tariq began his endeavor in personal training at the age of 18. Besides being a personal trainer at various gyms throughout South Jersey, he has experience ranging from training high school athletics to specializing workouts for the handicapped. Tariq has the credentials needed to help anyone reach their fitness goals.
