Antonio’s Cleaners & Tailoring

We go out of way to go to his Cleaner and Tailor. Unfortunately we are moving and this is going to one of the places we will really miss. There tailoring is always do right the first time and done fast. As for the cost, you could not ask for a better price.

I can speak to the cleaning and the tailoring. Always on time, nice, and professional. Regarding the tailoring, they took a black dress, which I was sure was torn beyond repair, and stitched it up so nicely, that it was impossible to tell how badly it had been damaged. The material was a cotton eyelet, and I was amazed at what a great job they did repairing it, and at a very low cost.

You really want to support your local dry cleaner, but going to this place can be painful.
The people who work here are a puzzle. Sometimes they have this funny, dry humor and sometimes they act like you are putting them out asking the simplest thing. They seem to be nicer to «regulars.” – though I’ve been here six times I don’t fit into that yet.
The quality of the dry cleaning is pretty solid, but little things just slip. You ask for shirts folded and they come in a loose paper bag where they can move all over the place and get wrinkles. You get a button replaced, give them a button, and they put on another button they think fits better. Nice thought, but mention this to me before you do it – ok?
These guys are quick though and turn things around on time.
Cash only is annoying but could be easily dismissed if this place was better. The only ATM near by is from a bank in the plaza and they charge a $ 3 fee.
Three stars is generous – I’ll give these guys a few more shots and we’ll see where it nets out.

Extremely rude. Washed twice, grease stains still there. The man told me I should have told him about all the stains before the first time, which I did, and he circled. He then told me his boss would be upset at him for sending the pants back. Very bad customer service. I paid you to get the grease stains out. Not only did you fail to remove them twice, you blamed the customer. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed in the service.

I guess they’re OK for cleaning. But the tailoring is inconsistent and not very good. The tailor was rude and unprofessional when I asked him to fix the sloppy work that he did and actually asked that I pay more to have it redone. Won’t be using them again.
