Surprisingly amazing sushi. Very fresh fish, really good special rolls(the«rock n roll» was one of my favorites). Great in person or for delivery. YUM.

Took the rents here for the first time today for lunch. Was very impressed by the food and the portion sizes! Definitely worth the price. My mom is a giant Pad Thai snob so it speaks volumes that she loved her meal, and even had half left over! I had the vegetable curry which was fantastic, and my step dad had the moo shoo beef and we both had plenty left to take home as well. Our waiter was new and understood little English, but the other staff was very helpful and came over when there was any confusion. My only complaint was the nonstop Taylor Swift playing overhead; that I could do without. But overall, it was a great experience. Definitely upscale Asian cuisine(read: jellyfish skin? Cow intestine??), but there’s something for everybody– even a picky vegan like myself! I would 100% go back and recommend to anyone looking for high quality Asian dining.
Excellent meal! Outstanding in every way. We started with Dan-Dan noodles which were as good as, if not better than, the famed noodles at Mr. Chow’s in London. For entrées we shared spicy Szechuan chicken, beef chow fun, and lamb with cumin. All were phenomenal. Just the right amount of heat. Very attentive and friendly service. The manager came over and suggested some other things we might try in the future; he said they try to make authentic Chinese rather than«American» Chinese. They certainly succeed.

The restaurant has a nice set up. As soon as they sat down they brought us a little tray of wontons, hot tea, and water. They then brought us out an appetizer that was one the house for Chinese New Year, which we thought was very sweet. It was actually amazing too. Our food was ready in an exceptional amount of time and it was great. They give you a lot for the price. At the end they didn’t rush is out, we sat for about 40 minuets talking which is always nice. They brought us pineapple and orange which was a great touch as well. I would highly recommend this place for sushi, or Chinese food.

This was my 1st visit here .I ordered the sesame chicken and boy was I surprised . Not only was it good but unlike other places they give u more chicken than vegetables. Found this place on Unilocal when attending the AMC theaters close by. Went in and saw it looked pretty nice. My fiancé and I were quickly seated, and brought water and hot tea. Then we waited, and waited… I think 10 minutes without seeing a waiter is too long, especially when you want to order. We ordered a spider roll and two entrees. about another 15 minutes rolled by and we received our entrees, but no roll. They also had brought out brown rice instead of white like we specified. After about 10 minutes, we were getting full and coming close to finishing when they finally decided to bring out the roll. 25 minutes for a simple 5 pc of sushi is ridiculous, especially when the place was pretty empty. The food was okay but nothing special. So we ate the roll and waited some more. We waited so long that I had to eventually get the waitresses attention, who was chit chatting it up with another worker and had cell phone in hand. Prices were reasonable but I was disappointed with the service and the food was average. SERVICEISKEY! Ended up leaving with my hopes for great food crushed. Also, my fiancé and I ended up sick the next two days with a stomach bug. Definitly staying away from this place!

This was our first visit to Fusion House, and we enjoyed a very delicious meal in a lovely setting. I can’t begin a Chinese repast without Wonton Soup, and theirs was admirable. The broth was a deep yellow and tasted like many chickens had been in the pot. The wontons were thick and a little difficult to cut with my spoon, but they were very delectable. I ordered roast pork chow fun, which was tasty and zesty with plenty of pork. The noodles were perfectly seasoned. The sauce was not gloppy and not too salty. Husband had a Szechuan dish called Dry Pot. He chose fish, and there were plenty of hot red peppers, tree ears, green peppers, and other vegetables. Brown rice was available on request. We had plenty to eat and took half home for another luscious meal. When the fortune cookies arrived, they were accompanied by a dish of fresh orange segments. That was an unexpected treat, one that we have not had in years in a Chinese restaurant. The service was efficient and friendly, and the place has a clean, wholesome feel to it. All in all, an enjoyable meal. If you’re going to eat Chinese food on Route 1 in New Jersey, and not in Hong Kong, or New York or San Francisco, I think you probably can’t do better. .

Returned to Fusion House Christmas Eve to continue the tradition of celebrating the approaching Holy Day as American Jews do — with a good Chinese meal. Fusion House once again provided the nourishment and full satisfaction. That I was accompanied by my Chinese friends certainly helped to get the dinner off on the right foot. When the hostess sat us at the front window and handed us the«Chinese Only» menu along with the main book, I knew we had been accepted for the night. We ordered Hot Spicy Style Fish Fillets, Salt & Pepper Squid, Sautéed Lamb with Cumin(Chinese Only Menu), and Sautéed String Beans. This was my third visit, but the first for my companions. Service was attentive. We even were able to change our order without causing any consternation! There were long Q & As in Mandarin as the exact ingredients and cooking style were discussed. I had little idea what they were talking about, but knew it would result in an excellent meal. Everything was quite good. I had a mild disappointment from the Salt & Pepper Squid, as it was not finished the same way as the last time I ate it. The pieces of the crustacean were larger and were not as oil-free. There also seemed to be less squid and more greens and thin rice cake accompaniment. On the other hand, I was very pleasantly surprised by the Lamb/Cumin dish. The meat was more or less shredded and mixed in a great cumin sauce with Snow Peas, Onions, Mushrooms and Green Pepper. It brought the heat, while the meat was tender and well spiced. The Fish arrived in a deep bowl full of deep red chili based soup. Very colorful with great taste. It was hot, but not to a Chengdu level of conflagration. There were a few Star Peppers in the bowl, but not enough to cause numbness. I did not mind this concession to the pallet of Americans and even those from Northeast China, who likewise do not often seek the blast furnace experience. At the close of festivities, the house provided a hot Tapioca dessert, which was pleasantly sweet after all the spice we had ingested. It was a smart close to the evening. Next time I will remember to bring plenty of beer to enjoy with the repast. FEBRUARY5, 2016 — CHINESENEWYEAR/SPRING FESTIVALEVE: Returned to begin the celebration of Chinese New Year. The house was friendly and buzzing. Everything we tried was very good to excellent, especially the Crispy Shrimp & Walnuts dish which came out in a tower formation, covered in a pale orange thick saucy glaze, with a few sweet roasted Walnuts sprinkled on top. The jumbos were really tasty, slightly crisp from the wok and not too sweet from the orangey sauce which held the structure together. This was a first try which even my non-Cantonese cuisine oriented friends liked. This was a second go round for the Cumin Lamb, which we loved the last time we were there. The recipe had changed enough to warrant a mention. While the meat was still delicious with the strong cumin flavor, the platter lacked all the Szechuan Peppers, Mushrooms, Pea Pods and Scallion of the first incarnation. Rather, it was loaded with Onions. The impact was totally muted compared to the earlier creation. Small disappointment.

This is my goto chinese restaurant. Since I found this place this summer, I have been going there once a week. The dishes are authentic and not too salty. Our favorite dishes are: pecking pork chop, spicy szechuan chicken, salt & pepper squid, crispy duck, sauteed water spinach, bok choy with black mushroom etc. and my daughter loves their dessert– similoo, tapioca pudding. The owner and waitress are very nice and friendly and their food is pretty much consistent.

Great chinese food! It’s more authentic, and not so americanized — and they offer sushi,(with brown rice) too! However, I gave 1 less star because the service is very spotty… Overall, they provide a different style of Chinese food(cantonese style, I believe?), with great options, and well cooked /well prepared. Fish, chicken, beef, and noodles are all great. The seafood /tofu is popular as well(although I’m allergic and can’t provide much insight on how they taste, but when my family goes, they love it). The sushi is great, as well! They can accommodate requests. I come back very frequently, and it’s a huge positive that my family loves the food :)

I had had this Asian dine in/take out restaurant located in Lawrenceville Shopping Center near Burlington Coat Factory bookmarked on account of a few of my Unilocal friends’ trusty opinions. We ordered take out, however, I noted that it would be nice to dine-in sometimes. The dining room is pleasant, quiet and modernly appointed, unlike a lot of Asian restaurants of this variety. We sampled a few sushi rolls — Kani, Avocado and Eel cucumber — all of which were fresh and tasty, and a kani salad for starters. For mains, we ordered General Tso’s, which was arguably some of the best I’ve ever had. It was fresh, not fried too hard, and very flavorful, and also Broccoli in Garlic Sauce, which was awesome as well. Not soggy, just enough bite, and lots of good flavor. I will be back again, and to also try their All-You-Can-Eat sushi. Good find!

The sushi is remarkable here and the service is plesant. I have only ordered out and the Food is always fresh. No fishy sushi here just fresh fish. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny. I am going to try their all you can eat sushi lunch in the near future.

As someone who has hit up TONS of unlimited sushi places in New York and New Jersey, I can honestly say this is my FAVORITE one yet. For SUPERCHEAP you get unlimited sushi, soups, edamame, spring rolls, and seaweed salad. It sounds too good to be true, but I promise you this place is as amazing as it sounds. Additionally, everything tastes VERY fresh. I will undoubtedly be returning ASAP!

I’ve been to many Chinese restaurants, but this food is very high quality and delicious. I think the most distinctive thing for me about Fusion House is that their food sauces don’t have as much sodium or at least I don’t have that horrible aftertaste of a high sodium meal here. The food is well cooked, good portions, and yummy! For a table of four, our five dishes came out extremely fast. We had the fish soup, Szechuan spicy chicken, string beans, beef chow fun, and Peking pork chops. The fish soup was meant to serve only 2, but was able to feed four. The seafood was really fresh. The string beans were great, not totally drenched in sauce so you can still enjoy the vegetable. The spicy chicken was quite a lot of food for the dish! It actually wasn’t spicy, just had little chiles around the chicken but if you didn’t bite into any of those then it was just peppery chicken. The pork chops were so delicious but some pieces were nearly all bone, no meat. The beef chow fun was perfect. My absolute favorite part of the meal is the tapioca pudding for dessert. It’s amazing. I think the secret is they use coconut milk. It’s just the best way to end a fantastic meal.

It was much better when they first opened, but still good nonetheless. It’s more or less a fancy-ish Chinese restaurant with a minor selection of other Asian/American dishes. This is the only sit-down Asian or Chinese restaurant in the area. This is a very pleasant, well decorated place. The food is definitely good, but not as good as it was around a year ago. That’s where the star is lost; I hope it doesn’t keep going downhill because we lost MANY Chinese restaurants here over the past few years.

Hidden gem among Asian fares in the Princeton area. Today We had Jumbo Shrimp with Sing Gua(loofah squash, a Cantonese dish, 16.95) and Braised Meatball in Brown Sauce(a Shanghaiese dish, 14.95). Almost licked the plates clean. The cooking is more careful and the ingredients are better quality than similar spots in Princeton/Plainsboro(so flavors better as a result). The other time we had fish fillets in hot sauce, the dish is more aromatic, savory than spicy, which is a good thing for our tastes. Décor is much better than Shanghai Park and Lotus Garden. Location is further off the beaten path for an average person around Princeton, so probably lower rent is how they can afford fresher ingredients. Until end of June they also run a discount of 30% off for $ 30 or more(excluding AYCE), which makes Fusion House an even better deal. Will we still go there after June? Sure as the regular prices seem fair to us. Hope people will make the same choice as us so that this great spot could stick around for some years, just like Shanghai Park or Lotus Garden.

** 3.5 stars ** For the area, where there lacks authentic Asian food, it’s pretty good. I couldn’t bring myself to give 4 stars because for the price, I’ve had so much better. Overall the flavors of the dishes are good. Dishes I tried: — snow pea tip sauteed with garlic(my favorite). This one was spot on. — lamb with dried bean curd clay pot. really salty. meat was tender and tasty, but everything was drowned out by the brown sauce — steamed fresh fish. just okay. the fish was cooked well, but the flavors were off somehow. maybe I did not like this type of fish, but it just didn’t taste that fresh. service was attentive, but then again, we were one of the few tables dining there on a Thursday evening. There is a 30% off coupon you can ask for at the restaurant which helps a lot with the bill.

We went for the all you can eat(«AYCE») Sushi and it was delicious! The location is in the parking log of a strip mall back near Burlington Coat Factory but in a separate building off to the left. The décor was subdued and lovely. They have a full menu include several different types of Asian cuisine and a full sushi menu. The AYCE sushi menu is a subset but does include soups, tempura, sushi, sashimi and rolls. I HIGHLY recommend the YUMMY Roll(Shrimp tempura inside w. salmon & avocado on top)! The price was about $ 23/pp so eat up and enjoy! Don’t forget to BYOB too. I would go for the 5th star if the price was lower OR the AYCE menu expanded a bit more to include more tempura options, few more of the deluxe rolls and a scoop of ice cream for dessert.
