Addison at Andover Park Apartments

This was a very good apartment complex. Unfortunately it was sold and is no longer Addison at Andover Park. It is now TGM Andover Park (see my other reviews) and is definitely a one-​star review place.

The place is good, but they are too strict about parking. I bought a new car on Sunday and as the leasing office was closed, I couldn’t get parking tag for the same. So I planned to get it on Monday.
And on first day of taking my New car out to office, I see that my Car gets Towed!!! :(
There were no warnings and still the leasing office people couldn’t help me out much. I had to hire a cab (40 $) to go to the towing place and pay 150 $ fine. Also I missed an important meeting at office due to this.
This completely ruined first day of my new car. I expect some kind of structure in this Apartment complex for these kind of issues. I am a resident there, so don’t expect this kind of thing to happen to me. :(

I don’t even think it deserves one star. Currently living here. Not impressed by any means. Customer service is terrible. Safe yourself some money and stress by not living here.

Our little family (mommy, daddy and the most beautiful little baby) has lived there for 2 years until moving to the west coast. Honestly, the BEST condo complex to call home: management (Stacey), maintenance crew, grounds, we loved it all. The only problem could be inconsiderate neighbors, which we, unfortunately, encountered, and that eventually forced us to make a move. Other than that, we miss it, and if we ever move back to NE, we might very well live there again. Definitely recommended.
We really do miss you guys, and still cannot find anything like Addison in SF. :)

Stayed here for more than 2.5 years. Rent is a little high as compared to other communities in the area but the apartments are good/​worth it.
The maintenance issues are fixed on the same day you report them.
I’d definitely like to stay here again.
