Why do I love automotive stores so much? They smell like cars and guys– maybe that’s why I like them so much.
I’ve been to this store a gazillion times. It is right by my house and the staff has always been helpful. They have been able to answer any hair-​brained question I have had over the years. I also feel like they do not patronize me as a female. They make me feel comfortable and respected. Believe me, I have been in some stores where they are not so friendly to women. They vibe is like «What the heck are you doing here??» Not so at Advanced Auto Parts.
If I needed something, they have been glad to accommodate and show me the correct application. On more than a few instances, they have helped me with windshield wipers, tighten a bolt here and there. It’s all good.
I think the prices are comparable to other auto parts stores. Honestly, I think Advanced is less expensive than other stores. Friendly and helpful staff, great prices and good experience.
