My sister brought the car there to have them figure out why the check engine light was on. They replaced a sensor and sent her on her way. When the light came back on and for the same code they refused to give any money back and wanted more money to fix the car that they didn’t even fix the first time around. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing and have an awful cruel way showing some respect to a customer.

A drive by stop on a rainy Saturday afternoon hoping for a quick check of a scion that my son hoped to purchase. Reluctant at first, he agreed to pull it in and put it on the lift to take a look. After a short wait and after he took it for a quick spin he agreed that something was wrong with suspension, shocks, or alignment, but because everything was wet, he couldn’t tell. We made arrangements to come back on Tuesday when dry to have him assess the issue (s) better. When I tried to pay him for his time he wouldn’t take anything. How cool is that? Don’t often see that in this day and age. Didn’t get your name sir, and we’re not buying the car for other reasons, but if we need repair work in Lawrence we will certainly be back…
