I’m just a normal guy who loves the unique people. atmosphere, and experiences Lawrence has to offer. I’m an avid cyclist, animal lover, and a developing foodie who has also always happened to have a special knack for fixing computers.

When it comes to technology credentials I have been working in the IT industry for over 10 years. I’ve been a part of large corporations, universities, and worked on my own providing freelance computer repair through word of mouth advertising for many of Lawrence’s incredible local businesses. It was primarily at the request of these great clients that Oread Tech Services came to be in an effort to further improve our client’s experience with consistent on-​site service.

Had a power outage that destroyed my internet connection. Nick was a great help in determining just where my troubles were. Even though I don’t live near Nick, he was able to help me remotely determine how to fix my connection. Highly recommend Oread Tech and Nick.

Oread Tech really came through for me. As a college student, I don’t have a lot of money floating around, especially for computer repairs. I heard about OTS through a friend so I decided to check em out. By far, the most reasonably priced tech service out there. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable about anything that has to do with technical service. Whether it’s computer repair, home theater set-​up, server diagnostics, or data recovery, Nick is able to do it in a fast and professional manner.
When my computer crashed, he showed up that very day to fix it. Within a couple hours, I was back in action. He showed me what was wrong, and how to avoid another crash, all in a relatable, personable manner. A tech guy that has that kind of customer service skills (or social skills, in general) is hard to come by, so I’m lucky to have had Nick instead of those guys from a larger, corporate company (I’m looking at you, Best Buy).
I would highly recommend OTS to anyone with tech issues/​problems. You won’t find anyone out there that does the kind of work that Nick does. On top of that, you won’t find anyone out there that will do what he does for the price, either. Give him a call.

Nick is a quick responder, very knowledgable, and professional. He had my crashed PC working in a day. He even walked me through a great computer cleanup for all of the programs I no longer use. My laptop is like brand new! Very personable and great tech service.

My technician for the day was Nick. I am not what you would call «tech savvy,» but Nick never made me feel like an idiot for not understanding how to setup a rather complex home network that I was having trouble with. He was incredibly patient with me, and let me ask questions and made things really easy to understand so that I wouldn’t be completely lost going forward if/​when things went wrong. I was also comforted by the fact that he was readily available, and I definitely like supporting a local guy. Will definitely be using Oread in the future! Thanks guys!
