We have used United for a few years now. I think they’re great. We usually rent some large tents and a grill for an annual company BBQ. Prices are reasonable and the delivery guys are super nice.
I just had 2 large tents and a grill delivered today (I had to leave before they set up) and the delivery guys set it all up and even texted me a picture to confirm everything was where I wanted it. I will continue to use United.

Just called these jokers to rent a bouncy house for my daughters 6th birthday. As it happens her birthday falls on the Sunday before Labor Day. I was ready to purchase until they gave me the deal:
Because they are closed on Sunday and Monday I would have to pick up the bouncy house on Saturday set it up for the party myself. Then break it down myself and then return it on Tues (on my way to work I guess). Because they are closed on Sun and Mon for the holiday they said they have to charge me for 1 and half day becuase I’m technically getting in for 3 days! Yeah right, the party is going to last 4 hrs, after that the kids are gone. Not to mention, I’m the one who is inconvenienced!
