If you see a rental from this company, AVOID them at all costs, if you are a renter they only care about filling homes. They manage poorly maintained homes and will do all they can to slowly fix problems.
Furthermore they will try to keep as much of your deposit as they can. Charging for things that are definitely not wrong and we’re marked on the move in inspection. They did not fix it then.
Avoid any homes that are managed by this team. Definitely seek another management company to rent from
