Blue Pearl has taken wonderful care of my 14 year old Jack Russell. Dr. Kitchings has been friendly, compassionate, and patient in answering all of our questions. Not only did she explain the costs to us herself, she was also very understanding about the strain vet expenses can put on a wallet. Anytime we called, they talked to us and told us how he was holding up. This was a very hard experience on us and they made it so much easier! All in all, I would recommend this clinic for your fur babies. They will take wonderful care of them! :)

We go here bc it’s the closest 24 hour emergency vet in our area. I came to pet smart to get our dogs prescription food and in order for them to give it, they needed a fax from Blue Pearl. The front desk lady was not only an idiot, but she was completely rude. Front desk position usually has customer service and etc. IT GETS FRUSTRATING IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO FAX A SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER. She told my boyfriend to call 5 minutes later if the fax doesn’t come through. We called about 15 minutes later bc the fax didn’t come through. Another 5 minutes later I called bc I was fed up with waiting for a damn fax and I started complaining saying «it shouldn’t take 25 minutes for a damn fax to come through» and the oh so very incompetent worker on the phone says «excuse me, but your husband/​boyfriend called only 5 minutes ago and I have sent the fax through so you better check yourself.» ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME!!! I was so preoccupied between talking to the front desk lady at banfield and said «ok thanks» and hung up. WHO SAYS THAT!!!
I have worked in customer service for over 10 years now and know better than to be rude to a customer even IF they’re in the wrong. This is absolutely unprofessional. I don’t care if you have had a bad day, DONT BRING YOUR PERSONAL ISSUES TO WORK. If you can’t differentiate personal life vs work life, you obviously should not be working as a front desk/​customer service position.
Too bad the vets are very nice and explain all of the information to us detail by detail. The front desk must be replaced. I’m trying my best to not call them back and curse up a storm I’m so angry.
I would rather pay extra to go elsewhere with great customer service, even if it’s further away from our house.
