David is amazing I have used him twice! Once to mount my tv to our fireplace which he hid the cords and was very professional. I also used him to hide cords for another tv and install a floating shelf. He is always prompt, courteous, cleans up after himself and is an all around good guy. I reached out to David for advice on, and installation of, a video surveillance system. Exchanging information was easy as David’s flexible when it comes to method (we used text messaging and a phone call). After consulting with me, he recommended a system, which I purchased. I let David know when it came in and we scheduled installation. David and Fred did a fantastic job: Professional mounting, well run (and hidden) cabling, arrived on time, cleaned up, showed me how to use the system, connected our devices (cell phones & monitor), and the actual costs matched David’s estimate. I’d strongly recommend Cool Geekz for video surveillance systems.

I had the privilege of having David help me with mounting our flat screen tv over our fireplace as well as concealing all of our wires (for the tv, cable box & PlayStation game counsel.) He was very friendly and professional and beyond reasonable with the price of his services and equipment which he had all on hand with him. When there was some trouble with how the wires were originally hooked up in our wall, he was able to re-​wire from our outside wall and put in a new outlet! I wish I could give a rating of 10 stars for his work! I will definitely be using him for all of our electronic setup in the future and highly recommend his services!

I purchased a camera surveillance system (lorex) and had it installed for my home by Cool Geekz (David and Fred). The first contact and quote was fast. Installation was completed within days of my first call. They were on-​time and finished within the quoted time frame. My house is older/​all brick (it was actually built when walls weren’t paper thin). So climbing into my tight attic, tapping into areas to run cables/​wires and drilling was not an easy undertaking. These guys handled it with no problem. They worked well as a team. I was advised of an alternative solution based on some (incorrect) cable that I purchased for the system. They came up with a creative way to install a camera that had a missing hanging mechanism. David explained how the system worked and directed me to the appropriate mobile apps. All in all I am pleased. I will be expanding my system adding a few more cameras (I had 5 installed) and I will definitely have Cool Geekz install the additional camera’s. Their price wasn’t the lowest of my quotes, but it was far from the highest. I purchased a superior camera system, so I wanted a superior installation. Cool Geekz was well worth the price and they met my installation needs.

Had camera’s set up (4) for David this week. David is a great guy… was prompt, asked all my questions… very professional! The cost was very reasonable… did some searching and definitely worth the value.

I called Cool Geekz after checking out their website for an appointment. David was very professional and we scheduled an appointment about 10 days in advance. On the day of the service, David arrived on time and helped me understand where and how the wall mounted TV would be set up prior to installation. He was very easy going and great to talk to while the installation was taking place. He spent extra time to cater to my changing requirements and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend the service and Cool Geekz had a much better price than other competitors in the area. I look forward to wall mount other TVs in my residence with the business.

I contacted David to install 4 IP Security Camera’s with a NVR for my home and mount a monitor for viewing. David was able to answer all of my questions regarding the systems features. David was able to install the 4 camera’s, clean up after he left, and he still made himself available when I needed a couple of camera’s re-​adjusted. I was very pleased with David’s professionalism, he was courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable.

Professional, attentive, and responsive are the attributes that Dave provided for my husband and I in our new home. What a truly amazing and knowledgeable guy and awesome and painless experience. He completed the install of my TV including hiding all wires, mounting a floating shelf beneath the TV, making sure EVERYTHING was to my liking and making sure the video, audio, etc connections worked properly. Oh and within the hour or less it took for the clean install, he took time to clean up leaving no trace of dust or dirt. He even pushed the sectional back in place. Sorry I’m going on and on, but it was refreshing to meet someone who lived up to the hype via his IG and FB customer reviews. He exceed my expectations and I am a customer for life.
