Eddie Bauer Outlet

They have a few selection of hiking gear and don’t sell petites for Women’s shorts anymore. They used to. I don’t know what happened. They usually have really great sales during their annual sales. but this year wasn’t that great!
Also, the employees don’t greet and they’re really rude.
I shop at this place, but I don’t get a greeting or a «thank you for shopping here». I’d
say that’s bad customer service.
Another thing is that on my receipt it clearing reads,“If you aren’t satisfied with your
product, then you can exchange or return it for a full refund.“
The employees are really picky about which product you can return. they gave me
a really bad attitude when I told them that my water bottle was leaking and my shirt had a hole in it. it wasn’t my fault either. I had no problems three years ago. I told them it was their quality of the clothes. There were two ladies working at the time, and they kept whispering to each other and rolling their eyes. I was there with my mom and brother. and we felt really uncomfortable!
Anyone have any suggestion what I should do about this situation?
I really do like the Eddie Bauer clothes, backpacks and gadgets, though.
*Note: I would go to another location but it’s really really far. And I don’t like shopping for Eddie Bauer clothing online, because my friend told me that they always get her sizes mixed up. what’s up with that, right?

This location is considered an outlet location, so they don’t have the most recent styles, but you can definitely find some good deals here!
