This is probably the worst ingles location I have ever been to. The employees don’t know what they are doing and are lazy. I went to the store to pick up some of wine to end my day. I walked around the wine section for about 15 – 20 mins and with no luck I went to ask one of the check out lady to see if the wine bottle I was looking for was even in stock. Check out lady: «Yes, We can check for you. Go to customer service and speak to the lady at the front of the store and she can help you.» Customer service lady: «See that girl over there by the movie department? She knows everything about wines. You can go ask her.» Girl at the movie/wine department: «Oh… I don’t know anything about wine. I mean, I am suppose to know but I don’t.» -.- Let me just say that I was looking for a popular moscato wine that every other grocery store, Walmart and publix, carries. I was not looking for some exotic/high-end stuff. After wasting 20 minuets of my life running around asking for help I decided to just pick a random bottle of moscato and call it a day. Well… When I went to pay for my items I asked the lady to pull up my ingles advantage card number because I did not have mine with me. She ignored me and continued to keep scanning. I had to ask her 2 more times to pull up my savings card during the check out process; and of course she ignored me those two times too. When she got done scanning she looked at me and asked, «oh you don’t have your card but you want the savings right?» So she takes another customer card and uses it. This location is so close to home: 2 – 3 minutes drive. I think I’ll take the extra 2 minutes and go to Walmart down the street… You know it’s bad when you pick Walmart.

This Ingles has to be the most depressing and unprofessional location. My co-workers and I frequent here purely for convenience since it is near our work. Everytime I come in there for breakfast or during morning hours, the employees look like they don’t want to be there. No one says good morning if anything they stare at you. The women at the hot bar are never polite and decide daily how much food is included in the breakfast. One day I have a good amount and the next it is like a toddler plate. Today’s plate looked like a sampler and I wish I would have paid attention to it before I left because I definitely would have said something. There are soo many inconsistencies with this location. Then the one line open to check out run by Colleen who speaks says good morning to only the people she sees fit. I wouldn’t and won’t spend another dollar of mine at this Ingles. I will gladly take the extra 10 minutes to go to Publix where they will at least smile and say good morning.

Just found a huge bone in my chicken salad… i bit down into it… thankfully i didnt swallow it… or break a tooth… ewww…it makes me not wanna get it again. I used to make a special trip there for chicken salad. Im done… ill go to Ingles if i just happen to be by one. *****i called the manager bc i was so grossed out. She was very nice and apoligized. And she said i can come and get a refund. Ingles is like 15 minutes from my house so driving there will take the $ 6 they are going to give me back.***

I think this place is great! It’s super close to my house and it always has most of what I’m looking for. I’ve never even heard of an Ingles before I moved to Lawrenceville, but now, it’s my go-to place for quick grocery shopping. I really like that they offer lots of natural foods as alternatives. Also, you can rent carpet cleaning machines here as well as movies. There is also a Coin Star machine inside. To top everything off, there is an Ingles gas station right next door. You can get 10 cents off the gas if you spend $ 100 at Ingles with their valued customer card.
