I can’t say enough about this pediatric dentist. They are like angels from above, extremely professional, kid-​friendly, conscientious, and very nice to say the least. This is my third pediatric dentist for my 2 and 4 year old. The other offices we have attended and the ones I have called to find out their treatment styles on a 2 year old with a cavity, are barbaric compared to this place. They wanted to sedate, put on a straight jacket device and make new leave the room. I went to this place and they told me my child didn’t even have a cavity and taught me how to treat and monitor the area. They came out and made my son feel happy and welcome for a few minutes in the waiting room, then examined his teeth on my lap, seeking my approval for all actions. My son never complained once as he usually does. They let him get a goody bag, toy, two stickers, and add his hand print to the wall with paint. They kept him happily busy while Dr. Jill Lyew-​Farster spoke with me for a long time about my options, his history, and her thoughts on the issue. She was wonderful. I had to keep reassuring them that I was fine with everything. This was the first dentist I have been to or heard of who thought that x-​rays were unnecessary and dangerous on a 2 year old. I really appreciated her having my son’s safety in mind instead of trying to bang outdated ‘my way or the highway’ beliefs and attitudes into my head. I have heard of dentists kicking moms and kids out over this. I also appreciate how I can always go back and be with my child during all treatments. My son actually had a blast. And I wasn’t talked down to our treated poorly because I had questions. Best pediatric dentist.

Really love Dr. Jill! My son was a little traumatized after going to the dentist that I have seen most of my life. Combine the trauma with divorce and a period of transition and he was a total wreck. My dentist advised me to take him to a dentist who could restrain him. Um, no!!! I started asking around and heard about Dr. Jill. Dr. Jill is fantastic! She is patient and loving, yet firm and determined to get the job done. We have been through many fillings and FINALLY my son is taking great care of his teeth and loves to visit Dr. Jill.

My three kids have been going here since 2007 and we love this place. They take special time to answer any questions or concerns the kids have (and there could be many.) They don’t ever seem rushed and they provide great dental care! They book out far in advance, so I would rec having your calendar handy!
