Get in writing or record your conversations with Scott. His word is not good. When I moved in I was assigned an end unit. He told me that I can use the outside space against my unit. When I put my Kayak & patio container along side my unit, he denied he ever told me I could use that space. I had to move my things.
Another time, I ask to rent a truck, signed contract, etc. on day of my move, a van was waiting for me. He said I asked for a van instead of a truck. When I got upset, he said he did not want to talk to me. Since I had people waiting to help me move, I had to scramble to rent a truck from another location.
This man does not stand by his word. I will be moving once weather allows.
