RE/MAX IN TOWN

During July 2015 I began considering moving from a condo in Robbinsville to any nearby adult community, but wasn’t sure if I could sell high enough to afford a single family home. I called Joe and we met within a few days. He assured me it could be done. With his advice as to how to prepare my home for sale, and the help of his associate Stacey, I was able to sell the condo and close on a very nice home in Hamilton Township; all in the time span of only 5 months. Joe goes out of his way to help. He is not just a list it and hope it sells agent. Joe was very helpful through out the entire process and even after closings, he continues helping with good recommendations for handymen, carpet cleaners etc. for the items I want to address at my new property. You can’t go wrong with Joe D.

My wife and I have worked with Joe D and his team since 2007 when we bought our first condo and later sold it with REMAX In Town and they then helped my family find our next/​current home and within the next couple of years we will be upgrading to a bigger home and Joe will certainly be the agent we work with! I had a great experience with Joe and his team. I first worked with Joe when I moved from CT to NJ in 2003 and bought a condo. I’m not exactly what sure happened with the other reviewer but Joe actually helped me out financially because the last minute closing costs were higher than anticipated and he let me pay him back afterwards. He helped to make buying my first home happen beyond what was expected.
When I decided to take a job in CA, we put the place back on the market, but unfortunately this was after the shit hit the fan with the housing market so he helped me out again by finding a renter and managed the property for me. There is no fun or glory in managing a property when you are a real estate agent so I totally appreciated his efforts here.
Finally!!! We find a buyer for my condo this past October! Yee haw! But now, I’m freaking out because it was going to cost me a lot of money out of pocket at closing because I was an idiot and took out a HELOC back when the market was up. Anyway, he virtually held my hand throughout the process. After the closing, I was so over the condo, so happy and relieved that it was now a part of my past, but then the title company told me I owed Joe a legitimate $ 135 for reimbursement of an inspection fee. He told me to forget about it. He got that I just wanted it all over with and empathized with me that I paid out as much as I did. Joe will get his $ 135 because, first, it’s what is owed and, two, paying what I owe is only right, but I sure appreciated the sentiment.
I would recommend Joe to anybody looking to buy a house or condo in Mercer County. I never once felt like a dollar sign to him, more like family, if anything. He is an amazing real estate agent and just a really good guy.

Absolutely the WORST realtors I have ever dealt with. They will be sweet and innocent to your face, then ignore the questions you ask them. The only time you get any action out of them is when they smell money for themselves, then they hound you.

We used Joy during our last move when we were selling our condo and buying a single family home. She was absolutely amazing! This was our first time selling and we were really nervous about the whole buying/​selling at the same time process, but Joy walked us through it one step at a time. She explained everything and made sure we were up to speed on what was going on. She gave us the advice I’d expect to get from someone who is looking out for our best interest. She was friendly, courteous, professional, easy to get in touch with, and we felt very at ease with her from day one. She also represented the buyers of our condo, but never once did we feel that she wasn’t being impartial. She had our condo sold in no time — I believe we had 3 offers within the first week and a half — and she worked hard to find us a house to move into, so the transition was as smooth as could be. Her commission couldn’t be beat either. I would use Joy again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, honest real estate agent in the Mercer County area.
