These guys are awesome! My dryer vent was clogged and wasn’t drying my clothes properly. Manuel and his guys came to my house and solved that problem. They have exceptional customer service and I would recommend them to anyone!

What a pleasure doing business with Superior Duct Cleaning! I called Manuel about 6 months ago for an estimate to clean the duct work in my 2700 sq ft home. At the time we were planning to sell our house and had a couple more ‘dust producing’ projects yet to do, so Manuel suggested we finish those things before going forward with a duct cleaning– which made perfect sense. He was easy to talk to, answered my questions directly and without an overarching pitch for business. About 6 weeks ago they completed the duct cleaning I’d originally called about. Manuel and his crew were prompt, professional, and considerate of our digs– no fingerprints, nicked paint/​marked up walls, they wore shoe coverings as other reviewers have mentioned, and made sure I knew (for example) when they were moving from one floor to another/​when they expected to be finished/​etc. They were here for about 6 hours. I should also mention that I have a history of having had a ‘$ 79 special’ duct cleaning years ago (house ¹⁄₃ this size), and I don’t know how I thought it worked at the time, but that company didn’t have equipment that looked anything like what Manuel has– I was frankly surprised by the small blimp that floated next to the house while they were working. I’m completely satisfied with the results, will use them again as needed, and will recommend them to anyone asking if I know someone who does ducts. Great experience!

These guys are professional, courteous and provide quality workmanship. They even cleaned up after themselves and did a thorough job. I would highly recommend them and will use them again as needed.

This was a very pleasant experience. The crew was outstanding. Punctual, professional, clean and thorough. They did an absolutely spectacular job on my system. I have a small 3-​bedroom house yet they still spent a good amount of time going through a 2-​step process (first the returns, then the outflow ducts). They were very forthcoming with information about what they were doing. I will definitely use them again the next time my system needs cleaning and highly recommend them.

My favorite! They were responsive, prompt, and the repairman actually added some parts and explained to me how I could fix the problem myself in the future. The only surprise I had was the bill was less than I expected, especially given the extra work and education from the repairman. Nice job!!!

Yesterday morning, my wife called me and told me that there was a stinky smell from our vents of our air condition system and we have to fix that quickly. Then, I called around and nobody can help me. I tried Superior Duct Cleaning and told them that I need the service right away and I can’t wait until over 24h due to family situation. I have a 5 months old boy and 31 months old girl. I am worried for the health of my family. They accepted the job and took care of my problems thoroughly. I can’t thank them enough for a beautiful, well-​done job!
I am thankful that I found this company. Manuel and his assistant, Luis are the best people I’ve ever met. As other reviewers stated, I am glad that I tried this Family owned business. They are the best! They are very friendly, professional (worked from 6pm until 9:3pm) and caring people. They treated our family as their family. I am also grateful because they graciously accepted my request of coming out to my house due to my «emergency situation» (one of my rooms was so stinky).
From now on, I know who I will call if anybody in my community need helps for duct cleaning. You should try their service! Superior Duct Cleaning is the best!

Family owned business… that was important to me as larger companies that farm out business has left a bad taste in my mouth. They are licensed and insured. Appointment was 830am and they came 10 minutes early. They were careful using foot booties (?) and tracked minimal dirt in house every time they came in and out. It seemed they were very thorough with each vent and return.
The one complaint was using chemicals to clean each vent over our new sod but they promised to replace it if there were spots. I should have caught that earlier but they weren’t too far into cleaning the vents and I diluted the areas with water as best I could. Hopefully we won’t see much damage but if they are willing to replace it’s not much of a concern to me.
Very professional and nice. They worked with me on price and beat out competitor pricing. Manuel seems to be very experienced (told me 16 years experience) and directed the other technician efficiently. The other technician was being trained and the other regular was out.
I have no experience in duct cleaning but the equipment seemed sufficient. Gas powered compressor vs electric with some competitors.
There is no «video inspection» but did take before and after pictures. I would have liked to see a live feed but pricing and the aspect of family business was more important to me.
They cleaned all the vents carefully. I only replaced 4 due to rust spots and staining.
They were here 6 hours most likely from using less experienced help but I didn’t mind since they were being very thorough and I had the time.
They vacuumed 99% of the debris and then some… I was very satisfied with this but I still vacuumed afterwards anyways bc of the baby coming soon.
The furnace and dryer vent was cleaned well. Everything seems to be in working order.
Overall I was impressed with their thoroughness and manners. Pricing was just icing on the cake. I’ve read other reviews where other duct cleaners came off harshly sometimes but that’s probably bc it wasn’t their own business. I’m very glad I chose them.

recommend to me. Before i knew about Superior duct cleaning i called a company that i saw on the loop internent so i try them. That was well
and I did not like their services, because they used my electricity and left my vent with holes. So when i tryed Superior duct i was suprice because they left my
house really nice and organised the vent and the wall look as I have it before, i did not need to do any
repaired after their service as my first experience on the pass. Thank you Superior duct cleaning llc!!!
