I was told it would take 30 minutes or less for my cab to come, but it took and hour and a half. Then the driver did not start the meter. He charged me a flat rate that I think was more expensive than it should have been. I checked the website and it said they offer 50% off your first ride so I asked for that and he did not give it to me. The website also states a 100% money back guarantee for unhappy customers and I called and told them I was unhappy. They only offered to give me a $ 5 off coupon for my next ride and I live out of town so that’s useless.
