Love this place. Can tell that they really care about their customers. Try the hot honey mustard– easily my favorite flavor. Definitely my go to place for wings.

Asked cashier to split up a payment she told me she would be able to do it. She then proceeded to do it wrong and charge my card for the entire amount then walk away to get a manager without telling me what she did. I pulled up my bank transactions and was able to see she had charged me for the full amount before she even told me what she did. Coming back with a manger they proceeded to try and fix it. Still not telling me. When they finally did I told them I was already aware and they apologized. You should tell a customer immediate when you make a mistake especially if it has to do with payment. Pricing in store doesn’t match with pricing online. Won’t be back

Pretty good wing spot. Little run down restaurant but the food is pretty good. The staff is very nice as well.

The food was descent for the price. I ordered the 6 piece hot-lemon pepper wing combo with fries and a drink. The A/C was broken when I went and it was HOT as hell in there! Other than that I really have no complaints. Food wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worse.

I consider myself a wing connoisseur. Usually get American deli as it’s convenient and have never steered me wrong. Decided to give rays a try. MAJOR mistake. Not only did it take 30 minutes for fries and wings, but they were disgusting, and somehow still were lukewarm. Dirty outdated inside. Lots of noisy kids as well. Dribbling basketballs in the restaurant. Never again.

Worst food ever! Everything is frozen and really greasy. Nothing was fresh. The prices were average for the portion size. The«mild» wings were really spicy. My sons popcorn shrimp looked like tiny, over-cooked balls of grease and they gave him a stomach ache. I will never visit thus place again.

I write this review as I sit ons sticky booth and the overwhelming smell of cheap perfume is being used to what I assume is give the sense of clean. How am I able to write this review while eating you may ask. Well I am to do so as the two young peoplewho are in charge clearly have no idea how to operate a bussiness. The other person with me got his wings 12 minutes ago and is still waiting on his other options. The food has now arrived and is mediocre at best. My advice would be maybe have employees who know how to operate a kitchen as opposed to having friends tun in and out of the back. As someone who when eating at a place like this normally has low exceptions this place falls below low to a whole new classification.

I was driving by this place and decided to stop in for lunch. I ordered the talapia combo with fries and drink. Fast service, friendly staff and the food is pretty good.

Ordered delivery using . I had the 3pc Catfish dinner with broccoli & hushpuppies. I also ordered a large side of mac & cheese as well as a large peach cobbler. Food arrived on time and sufficiently hot. Condiments and utensils were included in the bag, except no napkins. Overall the food was ok, but nothing special. The hush puppies were very close to burnt(see photo). Mac & cheese had a strange chemical taste and I actually threw it away. Peach cobbler was edible as was the fish and broccoli. Fish was seasoned well. Broccoli was eh. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good enough to make me want to return either.

I consider myself to be a pretty easy going eater. If it was made for human consumption, I will give it a try. Well today the family was in the mood for fish and decided to try Ray’s Wing & Seafood. Unfortunately, we should have waited until our mood changed. Located in a small strip mall with-in the Lawrenceville, GA city limits, we had high hopes for a decent«fried fish shack» in a similar vein of J&Js ITP. Walking into the small establishment, you are greeted with a orange & black décor, Baton Rouge Jazz related trinkets on the walls, and a huge big screen TV playing sports.(Actually it was bowling but that is considered a sport right? They show it on ESPN atleast!) There was not very much foot traffic while we were there. The place looked clean but by the smell and sticky-ness of the place-mats on the tables, we could tell Mr. Clean had not visited for a deep cleaning in a while. Known as Ray’s, a secondary menu with the name Ray’s Sausage and Hot Dog Heaven was hanging in front of the primary wing and seafood menu. Perhaps they are in the midst of a transition and/or renascence towards the other white meat? We ordered the 6 piece Box of Tilapia with side of fries and an additional side of Collard Greens. The fish, while plentiful was a little bland and lacked seasoning. It also tasted as if it was fried in very old frying oil. The french fries, while crinkle cut(my favorite) also lacked any definitive taste, no salt, pepper, Lowery’s, nothing. You could also tell they came straight from the freezer. Lastly, the Collard Greens were very suspect. Again, bland, no seasoning, tasted like the can they came from. I was really looking forward to finding a decent fish joint closer to the Suwanee area, but alas Ray’s Wings & Seafood is not it.

The wings here are ok, but it’s a bit pricey for the amount and the quality of the wings. The wings were a bit on the thin side, for an order of 10 wings and fries(not freshly cut)… it was 10.00 and it came with a medium drink. I got the Jamaican chicken and the hot wings(which were not very hot). The Jamaican wings were a bit sweet, I was expecting a bit spicey, but it tasted more like a sweet and sour wing to me. The place’s décor is a hodge podge of everything on the walls. Overall I wouldn’t come back — my coworker ordered the hot-dog and it’s on the regular size(like a hot-dog you make at home). For 8.00 I would rather make my own hot-dog, thank you!

Hot food fast! Great service. I had the Jerk Wings(spiced just right) and the Fried Tilapia(perfectly seasoned). Every bite was delish. I took half of it home and even cold, the food rocked. Ray’s get two thumbs++

This was our first time at Rays Wings. We are definitely a fan. I regret not having ordered a 40 piece, instead of a 30 piece. Since it was our first time, we really did not know what to expect, and if the reviews we had read on other sites would live up to the hype. The sauce is really tasty. We ordered Hot with 10 of the wings Cajun. I would definitely pass on the Cajun the next time I order. It was alright, but definitely doesn’t have me rushing back to get more… However, the Hot was really good and tasty. Service was great. Very friendly people working at this location, made us feel welcome and definitely have us coming back. The staff also gave us 2 free ‘Georgia’ dogs, the hot dogs were also really good. I would definitely recommend Rays to anyone looking for a good local wing place.

I’ve had much better wings at Pizza Hut. I ordered the 6-wing combo(the combo included fries and a beverage). I ordered ‘mild’ wings. Now, EVERYONE that eats wings knows that ‘mild’ is NOT synonymous with bland– well, everyone except dear Ray! I want to be sure you catch my drift. When I say ‘bland’, I mean TOTALLY devoid of ANY taste whatsoever. At a typical wing place, ‘mild’ equals 1st degree hot. There should certainly be enough heat to make the wings distinguishable from a box of McNuggets! Since ‘mild’ apparently translates to ‘bland’ in Ray’s book, be sure you order from the DEFCON4 level if you want so much as a smidge of heat. I will give Ray the 2nd star for the crinkle fries and ranch dressing.
