Audio Tech

My son got a radio for Christmas, but I had trouble installing it. I went to Audio Tech to see if they could help me. They were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely go back and use them again. Thanks for the help!

Brought my 2013 Tundra For a remote start and alarm install. Good customer service and the place doesn’t look like a dump like some other install places. Called many other places for pricing info, audio tech was about average. Had my system now for a while and it has worked great. No problems. They did leave a lot dust that looked like wood dust on my carpets. I would recommend u look at Ur vehicle after any install and suggest they clean up before u take delivery.

OVER PRICED, LITTLE HELP. I bought my entire surround system here, Paradigm speakers with a Yamaha receiver. It was very expensive and the sales rep ensured me that they will take care of me if anything happened or went wrong with the system. Within a month the receiver started showing a pink screen. It would happen every now and then but then after a few months it started to get worse. So I took the receiver in believing the store will fix the problem or give me a new receiver. After a week from NOT hearing back from them I had to call them myself. Stewart, I believe, told me that nothing is wrong with the receiver. Said he looked at it once and it was fine. I told him it wasn’t working right. Then he said it’s your HDMI cords. I know it is not my HDMI cords because since the receiver has been in their hands and my Apple TV has been hooked up to my TV I haven’t had any problems with the screen being pink. Then he tried to come up with another excuse saying all receivers do that and it is something we have to deal with. Who the hell says that? Audio Tech does. I have had no problems with my picture since I dropped off the receiver. Then Stewart started to get an attitude with me and raising his voice. Since they didn’t want to fix or replace the receiver I told them to keep it. I don’t want something that doesn’t work. Audio Tech will take your money but not give good customer service. You will have better service and better guarantee with the product from other places. Audio Tech will take your money but not help you out. Go some place else.

The guys at audio tech have done an excellent job on my home stereo, and the system in our boat and my sons car. I can’t recommend them enough! Go see Shawn for all your audio needs!

They tell u it’s 99.00 then when u get there they tell u it’s 500.00 ! They add labor an a bunch of crap even if u only want a remote start ! They do a great job but they don’t tell u everything untill u get there ! That’s a sorry way to do bizz !

I’ve been here a few times. The staff are friendly, and seem to know what they are doing, which builds my confidence in buying from them. I went for an estimate for a new after-​market cruise control for my 1998 Mazda B4000. They quoted me $ 550.50 which was way better than the dealer [of course] who wanted 3 times that. Not all that bad really. I couldn’t get it right then so, it will have to wait. They also fix NON-​LASER record players/​turntables. If you have a regular or old school, easy-​open style one, they will definitely take a look and see if it’s in their spectrum to fix or not. No one else fixes them around here. NO ONE! They’re prices are about the average rate, but they seem to buy better quality than your typical after-​market people. Give’em a try, it won’t hurt.
