The worst move i’ve ever made. Blake is rude and forgets all conversations he’s had. This company bullies and harasses their clients/tenants. This is not a customer focused company, they are not professional nor are they honest. I TRULYWISH I HADSEENTHESEREVIEWSBEFOREMOVING. Blake lies, i have a notice saying rent was due on the 3rd and he continued to harass me over and over one night, ALLNIGHT saying i had to pay it by the 1st. The system, his system said the 3rd. I had to send him a copy of it. I am almost 60 years old and never in my life have i experienced such bullying and harassment. I think by him bulling someone my age, it made him feel like a big man. i was ready to report this to the state of CA and I will if it continues. I also have a witness to a conversation Blake and I had in december, and now he is not remembering a word of it. They are awful, they don’t reply in a timely manner to fixing things. I moved into what i thought was a really nice place and nothing worked. the dishwasher, refrigerator, water heater, floors are coming up, sinks leak. When they do respond, if they do, they say it’s not a priority. Who are they to say what motivated me to move and what my priority is? They are awful. Don’t rent from them. they obviously don’t care about people, i get that they’re running a business, but from their eyes, you’re not a tenant, you’re not a person. You’re crap and that’s how they treat you.

Awful service. Had multiple problems, only one of which they did offer to fix and then forgot about until we had to remind them a week later. They also refused to have maintenance take a look at the issues that are causing our electric bill to reach $ 500. We fixed all the issues that they told us we had to check out on our own, and still no maintenance visits from them. The only thing they are prompt or concerned about is receiving rent checks. Steer clear. Do yourself a favor and see if Lynda Poe at Remax has any properties that fit what you’re looking for– I rented from her before moving to a smaller house and she was beyond excellent. I would have rented from her again if she had a property small enough for just myself, she is my #1 recommendation.

White Glove Realty has been the property manager for our house in Geronimo, OK for over 4 years now. They have done a good job. They have kept my house occupied the entire time. There may have been a 2 – 3 week period between tenants that we were without a tenant paying rent. Do the math, that’s like 98% occupancy and paid rent. You can’t beat that. You just can’t. The tenants they have placed in my house have been very high quality, good tenants. I believe they have a good screening process for prospective renters. If you have to leave Ft. Sill, Lawton, Geronimo, or the surrounding area AND you bought a house that you are going to keep as a rental property. You would be making a good decision to have White Glove as your property manager.

This business is corrupt and I will go as far to deem it VILE. I do not know if I have EVER come across a more contemptible and callous woman than the property manager, Judy Nazaryk. I could not make up the absurdity of the experience I suffered at the hands of White Glove. Judy threatened me with the Ft. Sill Housing office. During a one-way phone conversation(Judy rambling her hate speech), she told me that she had the housing office on the other line and xyz is what«they» told me to do. Seriously!?! Wow, someone might have believed her garbage if he/she had been in the Army less than a day. Judy insulted my rank(which has nothing to do with anything!) and quite honestly the army as a whole. I quote, «we usually have these problems with enlisted.» I guess the«problem» being someone challenging Judy on her highly questionable integrity and conduct. Unfortunately for her, I was enlisted, so this insult did nothing but fuel my fire! There is no doubt in my mind this property manager commonly uses the«I am on the line w/the housing office» with young Soldiers who take issue with any White Glove dealings. It came way too natural for this to be the first time coming from her mouth. I went straight to the housing office and spoke to a counselor. The HSO counselor told me she had never told the property manager any of those things. This is the gutter level of professionalism and ethical standards of this business. I know the housing market is tough, but I forewarn anyone who is contemplating business with White Glove(owned by Lon Parks of Remax and Parks Jones Realty). Tenant and Soldiers BEWARE! Of note, I have owned my own home out of state for the 7 years; it is managed through a professional property management company. I have leased homes and townhouses MANY times throughout my tenure in the Army. I have never had any issues prior to my experience with White Glove! I believe in treating the home I lease just as I would want my own home treated. I stand by this review — so much so, I have my first and last name and a clear head shot posted on Unilocal.Although I appreciate the other reviewers commenting on MY review,(people with no picture and/or one review — White Glove’s! And of course the classic 2 reviews written by Judy herself!), my comments stand alone. If someone really wants to challenge it, be MY guest, game up and sue me. I WELCOME the opportunity to warn possible tenants about their questionable business practices and attempts to intimidate Soldiers thru on-post military entities. Good riddance and that whole«karma» thing will come back around!

Very polite and helpful staff! And has nice houses! So much better than the other rental places in this town!
